How’s the Reta going? I’m keen on trying it next cut
Reta at 2mg was perfect, hunger suppressed significantly whilst doing big days at work and having a high output.

My output is slightly less so hunger is no where near as high so reduced to 1mg and still have appetite suppression. Will check BG levels Friday,sat,sun and compare to 2 weeks ago at 2mg and see if there any differences

Overall a good session was a long day at work but feeling amazing. Reducing my output and lowering the stress on my body has made a huge difference as well as getting an extra hour of sleep per night is amazing. Attached a few food pics.

Will either have a rest day tomorrow or will be leg day just need to see how fatigued I am in the morning and listen to my body. Once I get some free time I’ll go get bloods pulled everything should be sweet but can never be too cautious. Ideally still want to pull a few kgs off before even considering trying to grow but a little recomp might be the go but will just wait and see depending how I go after this health phase

tempo on these was very slow and controlled making sure can really feel them had feet slightly more forward than usual as it feels better on my knee.

Maximum depth without lifting glutes off the pad whilst driving through my heels

Nice work bro, ideally you want to pause training 3 days prior to bloods but who's going to do that 😂

Ive been doing 1200mgs NAC daily as well as the injectable glutathione 300mg twice per week.

Just started Tudca today so not too sure what to expect with that yet
I had 1 rest day it was either get them done Friday arvo or not train all weekend and get them done monday arvo

hows your cals atm during your clean out? im doing one as well, your giving me hope that i can still make progress while cruising haha, crazy leg workout too, with my bloods reta brought my readings alot more in range than they would normally be, i think its a great ancialliary as long as you dont dose it too high you cant eat, food is king <3
around maintance cals atm. Was going to stay around the 3000 cal mark but pushed it towards 4k and training performance is improving. Meals still pre much all the same just bigger portions of oats,rice, honey, fruit

Yeh brother it’s pre much back to 100% now. My knee on the other hand is always cooked but I just live with it. Strength is coming back nicely so I’m keen to move some heavy weights
