FRIDAY 18-4-25

Good evening EVO fam.

Easter long weekend is here. Worked today despite it being a public holiday so was able to absolutely smash my steps. Upon waking had 20g Carbs and 600mg Lcarntine than proceeded to do my cardio, 20min stationary bike In the garage Cus I couldn’t be bothered driving 20min to the gym at 3:45am. Managed to finish work early and could get my meals in quite easily same as the previous day but added extra banana to my oats meal than had a 30min nap before the gym today was leg day.

We are feeling great and motivation is on a high, I’ve got some starting photos but I hate the way I look rn so I won’t post them but I will have fasted check in pics each Sunday very soon just to keep track of progress. No swelling or pip from pinning the LGL is top of the range and I highly rate it, im excited to try more of there products very soon, once I can clean up some more of the fat we will be pushing to achieve a half decent look before going on holiday in September.

Poor start to the week injured my knee at work today as usual I can’t catch a break so going to take a day or 2 rest. Food, steps and cardio will remain perfect tho we aren’t slacking there starting the feel the fatigue and need a day or 2 off. Thinking it’s my LCL or something around that area due to swelling and discolouration but will see how we go

letting my body recover as it’s taken a beating lately from long physical days at work and training also fatigue is very high and it’s 7pm and I’m about to sleep hoping that some extra sleep tonight 7:30pm-3am will be enough to have me feeling great tomorrow as I plan on training a big push session. The supps are definitely working well I feel like a furnace I’m getting leaner and feeling great idk if this is from the combo of fat burners or adding in Tren A but I feel like the Tren is deffs kicked in as I have no time for anyone’s antics at work and all I can think about Is eating and training. I previously haven’t handled 19nor compounds very well but I can say this is the best so far. I’ve implemented some supplements that were recommended in Vigorous Steve’s vid about tren rage and trying to mitigate it as no one wants to be an around a 6’4 angry bloke on a job site. Pic attached is post cardio. Still have a lot of fat to pull off from the back and hips but that will come in eventually. Tbh I’m feeling great with the T3 and clen before cardio in the morning aswell as the Mast E is amazing no Pip what so ever and as I get leaner I may pull my test back slightly and increase the DHT but nothing is set in stone yet.

Can not wait till I get lean as, than it’s time to grow and make the improvements needed

We are back after a horrible week of injuries, long days at work and a just an overall struggle today we are back in the gym. Over the last few days I’ve trained but it’s been very average. Currently sick with food poisoning and have been struggling to digest any food since Sunday night but I’ve been forcing in calorie dense meals than can atleast get me close to my macro goals. have been smashing electrolytes and am booked in to get an IV drip later on today, also have a few gut health supplements in to help aswell. Training will be very minimal as I’ve spend majority of the last few days in bed getting up just to train for an hour then back to sleep.
Pump today was pre good despite training fasted in the morning so that I knew I could have any stomach pains. Todays plan was just in and do a few sets of each mussle group so that if I’m out of the gym for a few days or miss a day I can atlest feel like I’m not falling behind.

PUSH DAY LOG

hey evo fam, we are back and feeling amazing I took yesterday and today off work so could catch up on some rest as I was mentally and physically drained. But after getting about 12 hours sleep yesterday we are feeling strong. Started off the morning with a hour walk with the doggo and got M1 & M2 in before heading to the gym for a big push session with my partner. Session went good, I’m at the point where I’m starting to look flatter but it’s progress and I know digging through this stage will bring improvements to my physique.

Body fat will continue to come off still and blood work is due to be pulled shortly. The plan is to slowly work back down to a cruise whilst still getting leaner. Ensuring that all health markers are 100% and I’m good to really push it in a few months for my growth phase.

Have sat here the last 3 days and thats with all meals being consumed so no real changes day to day. Ideally I want to be 105kg before pushing this growth phase. But for now we keep digging to get leaner.

Leg days is intense, I noticed your protein not up try to modulate it up by 20-30.
genuinely curious what would adding an extra 20-30g of protein do? Carbs are protein sparing especially when deep in a deficit. I’m open to hearing your opinion?

very enjoyable leg session feeling great, visually leaner overall physique has changed a lot stubborn stomach and back fat still needs to come off but we are digging.
