Hope you all are having a great weekend, today has been good for me digestion is pretty much back to normal with almost all pain going away this doesn’t mean I’ll be adding any fat burners ect back in. food has been dropped to 2900 cals for the next weeks and output will still remain where it is once I return to work Monday. Body fat will continue to come off still and blood work is due to be pulled shortly. The plan is to slowly work back down to a cruise whilst still getting leaner. Ensuring that all health markers are 100% and I’m good to really push it in a few months for my growth phase.
Body Weight 108.8kg
Have sat here the last 3 days and thats with all meals being consumed so no real changes day to day. Ideally I want to be 105kg before pushing this growth phase. But for now we keep digging to get leaner.
