PUSH DAY LOG

hey evo fam, we are back and feeling amazing I took yesterday and today off work so could catch up on some rest as I was mentally and physically drained. But after getting about 12 hours sleep yesterday we are feeling strong. Started off the morning with a hour walk with the doggo and got M1 & M2 in before heading to the gym for a big push session with my partner. Session went good, I’m at the point where I’m starting to look flatter but it’s progress and I know digging through this stage will bring improvements to my physique.

Yeh strength is coming back for sure, im hoping that by the end of this next growth phase I can really be pushing some crazy numbers

NEW LOW BW

Currently sick with food poisoning and have been struggling to digest any food since Sunday night but I’ve been forcing in calorie dense meals than can atleast get me close to my macro goals. have been smashing electrolytes and am booked in to get an IV drip later on today, also have a few gut health supplements in to help aswell. Training will be very minimal as I’ve spend majority of the last few days in bed getting up just to train for an hour then back to sleep.
Pump today was pre good despite training fasted in the morning so that I knew I could have any stomach pains. Todays plan was just in and do a few sets of each mussle group so that if I’m out of the gym for a few days or miss a day I can atlest feel like I’m not falling behind.

R & R huge part of the process happy u pay attention with how you feel and do that, some people dont and in the end it will only stall progression

Hope you all are having a great weekend, today has been good for me digestion is pretty much back to normal with almost all pain going away this doesn’t mean I’ll be adding any fat burners ect back in. food has been dropped to 2900 cals for the next weeks and output will still remain where it is once I return to work Monday. Body fat will continue to come off still and blood work is due to be pulled shortly. The plan is to slowly work back down to a cruise whilst still getting leaner. Ensuring that all health markers are 100% and I’m good to really push it in a few months for my growth phase.
