Happy to announce that I'm now @UGL OZ sponsored Athlete. This log will be to the lead up to IFBB pro league season C 2026.
My train will be a 4 training days, 1 rest day, repeat. PULL, PUSH, LEGS, ABS and CALVES.
Diet will be Carb Cycling. Protein will be 330g, fat 60g and Carbs will be high for 1 day 2 medium days and 3 low days. High day 3400 calories, medium days 2900, low days 2400.
Ped Cycle
5ius HGH, increase to 10ius
8ius Novarapid Pwo
1000mg Test e
600mg EQ
300mg Npp
All daily injections.
For 16 weeks
50mg Anadrol daily for weeks 1 to 4
Looking to be around the 110kg on stage weight.
