Afternoon, guys.

A couple of guys I know from another forum have set up journals here recently and have said great things about the place. I was hoping to set up here too and share what I'm doing as a way of keeping myself accountable and getting some input/feedback from folks who have experience and passion.

I'll try to give some background without boring you to tears.

I'm from the UK, recently turned 34, been lifting on and off (mostly on) since age 14. Training has mostly always been bodybuilding style but I have been sidetracked here and there over the years - last year it was hybrid training and this year yoga, but always maintained a base of BB style training throughout. Competing would be cool but I've always talked myself out of going for it.

Last year I was absolutely steamrolled by a Crohn's flare up, hospitalised twice, inflammation markets 100 times the normal rate, shitting blood 20 times a day, honestly thought I was on the way out. I had to try a bunch of different medication to get my symptoms under control but just a few weeks ago I had blood work done and was deemed as in remission - all inflammation markers in normal range. I am on a biologic medication called Ustekinumab which I inject once every 8 weeks and it's pretty much been a life saver. A benefit of being on the meds is I've had bloods every 4 weeks (changing to every 6 weeks now) which has allowed me to keep an eye on other health markers.

So with being sidetracked with yoga for the first half of the year and wanting to get my Crohn's under control before having a real stab at bodybuilding, my PED use has been fairy mild - I've been running 120 mg Test C per week for most of the year and 2 IU GH daily (marginal boost to sleep quality for me). I did one cycle at 200 mg Test per week and 25 mg Anavar per day and I did one cut on my cruise dose with a small dose of T3 added. Throughout the year I've also been using oral BPC 157 at 250 mcg per day to help repair the bowel and surrounding areas. My scopes during my flare up looked like somebody had been at it with a cheese grater.

I have bloods coming up again in the first week of January. If everything looks okay there and my markers are in range, I am going to run a small cycle and really knuckle down with bodybuilding training. I'll want to gain some size and strength and then if I am feeling good and my bowel issues are under control, I would like to pick a show and compete at some point in 2026. Some of you guys will be able to judge better than I can but I think if anything, my frame will be suited towards Classic Physique. I have a small frame (5'6") and weight currently is 81.5 KG or 179 lbs, I'll post my current condition below.

Diet currently has me in a small calorie surplus at 3,650 calories per day, protein I've had at 180 g daily, fats are usually in the 80-90 g range and the remainder will go on carbs. I've been having 2 meals per day pre-prepared by the gym each containing 60 g protein which has helped to streamline the process for me and I've just filled the rest in with foods I know I digest well - digestion was a minefield immediately post flare up but I am tolerating most/all foods well now.

I do not have any OTC supplements/vitamins in the mix at the moment. Partly because I was conscious about them disrupting digestion after my flare up and partly because I have been getting bloods taken so often that I figured I would be able to identify gaps as and when and adjust my diet/supplementation when needed. I use whey ad hoc but for the most part I've been trying to get all calories through food.

I will post some recent pics below to give an idea of my starting point.

Most recent shots from this week at around 81.5 KG:
IMG_6214.webp

This is from when I had finished cutting at around 77 KG in August:
IMG_6313.webp

Not quite as tidy now but I have had some vacations, trips and commitments since then.

Essentially what I want to do is give my full commitment to gaining some size and strength with a cycle from the beginning of January when my bloods come back and document my training, diet, PEDs and progress in here and implement any tweaks you guys might suggest. Between now and then I want to maintain similar condition and start to ramp my training up.

I am running push, pull, legs, rest, repeat now and completing two rotations over 8 days. I’ve added more volume/emphasis to weaker areas recently (inner/outer thigh and mid back/traps). After each training session I do 20 minutes stairs at circa 140 BPM. I usually do 8-10K steps daily and also do some hiking on the side. I am conscious that I am rambling in this introductory post guys, I will follow up on this one with a breakdown of what my sessions typically look like and then later I may float some cycle ideas on here for Jan if that’s allowed and get you guys’ input/feedback. But yeah I hope to update this frequently, more so in January and hopefully I can collaborate with you guys and get my physique to a place where I can enter a first timers show without feeling like a fraud. And between now and then I’m going to read some training logs in here and see what you guys are up to/what works for you as I look to put my final draft training/diet/cycle plan together as things have been too intuitive from my end lately and not as structured as I would like.

Cheers for reading this wall of text.

Welcome @DLTBB!
Physique looks great!!! Following!!

Welcome @DLTBB, Physique looks great... It's great to see you documenting your journey, especially with your experience and the challenges you've overcome with Crohn's. Your detailed approach to diet and training is impressive, and I'm looking forward to seeing your progress as you gear up for a potential competition in 2026. I'm also interested in seeing what cycle ideas you have in mind for January. Keep us updated!

Another couple of shots including from the back from towards the end of the cut, 2-3 months ago at circa 77-78 KG here.

Cycle wise I am spitballing at the moment and will have to see how the situation is in terms of what oils and orals are available between now and January. I am still conscious of triggering a flare up so will most likely avoid anything which could trigger digestive issues, for me that’d be more harsh orals like Superdrol, Anadrol, D’bol. Var, T’bol and Winstrol I am usually fine with. I still have some Mast E left over from before the shortage so may include some, Test I will likely increase to 300-400 mg per week and then I am considering looking at NPP, I’ve used it a few times previously and really rated it.

I’m going to spend the next few weeks pinning down which movements I want to run with in my split while on cycle. My gym for 12 new Prime pieces recently so I’ve been here, there and everywhere in terms of exercise selection but I really need to pick some and stick with them/get better at them so I can gauge my progress better while I’m on.

I’ve just run out of GH in the last few days but will look to grab some more soon, I had been running Soma at 2 IU. I’ll either get that again or may just try some bulk Chinese stuff depending on what I can find. If there’s specific kits y’all have used and rated recently that you can recommend, I’m all ears.

And just to give a breakdown on what sessions have been looking like recently in terms of volume, exercise selection etc. I’ll put a breakdown of the framework below. As above, I need to pin down exactly which exercises I want to keep in for my upcoming cycle. Usually I would mainly stick with straight 2-3 straight sets but while I’ve been training more intuitively/for enjoyment, I’ve had a back off set in for some exercises also. A lot of the time it’ll be 2 heavy sets on pin 5 if it’s a Prime machine with a heavier stretch and then I’ve been enjoying the back off on pin 4 or 2 and contracting like hell and getting a pump.

All 2 working sets and possibly 1 back off unless specified otherwise.

PUSH
Chest press variation 6-8
Incline variation 6-8
Fly variation 10-12
Dip 6-8
Push-down variation 10-12
Overhead variation 8-10
Lateral raise variation 8-10

PULL
Row variation 6-8
Row variation 6-8
Pull down or pull up variation 6-8
Pull over variation 6-8
Kelso shrug 6-8
Rear delt variation 10-12
Preacher curl 6-8
DB hammer curl 10-12

LEGS
Calf raise variation 6-8
Another calf raise variation 10-12
Pendulum 6-8
Hack squat 6-8
GHR 6-8
Extension 10-12
Curl 10-12
Abductor 8-10
Adductor 8-10

Second rotation will have different pressing variations for push, more pull down or pull up variations for pull and will lead with hamstrings/some kind of hinge for legs. I’ll try to log some actual sessions this week (rest tomorrow) for clearer examples.

20 minutes stairs at 140, possibly up to 150 beats if I’m feeling spritely post workout.

Afternoon, guys.

This is awesome man! Welcome to Evo!

I can see you are approaching all this in your own way and there's some great thinking in there. I'm really interested in yoga paired with bodybuilding. Atcually interested in quite a lot of this and am really keen to follow your progress.

You look great already too, do you have an opinion on generic vs pharmaceutical GH?

That's an awesome intro post and when he gets in @LevButlerov will make this officially your log so it appears in your signature, etc. Nice work bro :)

Thanks for having me.

Yeah, my approach is a little different from the norm right now. In the past I have taken a more traditional approach with how I’ve run cycles/supplements and how my training has been set up. I stripped the PED and supplement protocol down a little over the years and more so when I was having digestive issues.

The yoga I originally started last year to improve my flexibility because my hamstrings were very tight and I ended up getting obsessed with it for 6 months or so because it was challenging me in new ways after I’d spent so long lifting weights. To the point where I’d put 300 hours into studio training. But it reached a point where I realised it was detracting from my lifting progress because I was putting a bunch of stress on my wrists and I decided to pack it in as lifting and making progress is more important. I’ve lost a lot of the extra flexibility I gained during that stint but I’m still better off than I was beforehand. I was able to build up to some pretty cool stuff because of the upper body strength I had from lifting, handstands etc. which I can post if it’s not too off topic.

I’ve only used Western pharma GH once, a while ago (Genotropin) and I’ve found decent quality ‘Eastern pharma’ like old Ansomone kits and Chinese generic stuff to be just as effective TBH!

Welcome to EVO brother!

You look fantastic and you chose the right spot to be! We have experts here on defeating crohn's and digestion issues as well as every other possible facet of bodybuilding, health and longevity. Really looking forward to following you along and your log will be approved in no time with those pics and that much detail, great first post!

Here's a quick how-to (below) and some logs to look through to get an idea on a good way to structure it to lay it out for us to identify your stats/diet/training/PED's/supps, etc.

I would like to pick a show and compete at some point in 2026.
Brother, EVO can help you all the way to the stage!

I do not have any OTC supplements/vitamins in the mix at the moment.
Take a look at my log for an indication on how important supplements are. I spend more on supps than I do on gear.
Check the supps around the last few log posts they are the most updated as to what I'm taking today.

I have been getting bloods taken so often
This is what we like to see! Good for you

HOW and WHY TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?
Accountability, self esteem, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
Please post a Log Journal ASAP for us

There are almost a quarter million members on here and almost two million posts with over a thousand podcasts so your Log Journal will be taken care of here! Evolutionary.org is the most visited steroid community in the world (fact!).

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:

  1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
  2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros and calories and supplements)
  3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
  4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)

  4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)
Cheers Harley. I'll follow up to fill in some of the gaps over the next few days. Good to hear there's some other members with IBD too. At some point I will make a post with some more details on my flare up last year and some of the medication I used and how I responded to each at varying doses as I found the information online for bodybuilders with Crohn's quite patchy when I was first being diagnosed so hopefully I can put down some information that could be useful or reassuring to others in the future. And for sure, I have been on some pretty extensive supplement stacks in the past and will be looking to resupply/revise my stack in preparation for my cycle, will check out your thread now. I'll get some posts down of previous cycles and some commentary on how I've responded to other compounds previously also!

I’ve lost a lot of the extra flexibility I gained during that stint but I’m still better off than I was beforehand. I was able to build up to some pretty cool stuff because of the upper body strength I had from lifting, handstands etc. which I can post if it’s not too off topic.

Yeah absolutely bro, this is your log and you can post whatever you like - but that sounds perfectly on-topic to me :)

I'd absolutely be interested in hearing about that and anything else like that too. It's cool stuff man. @stevesmi is into yoga too and talks about it on the podcast quite a bit. Flexibility is a super power out in the real world if you ask me.

I’ve only used Western pharma GH once, a while ago (Genotropin) and I’ve found decent quality ‘Eastern pharma’ like old Ansomone kits and Chinese generic stuff to be just as effective TBH!

Thanks for the information bro. I've been trying to figure GH out for a while. I think I'm gonna wait to do a medical vacation in South East Asia so I can get gentropin pens or similar too.

I don't mind if it's Turkish or Russian or whatever, there's quite a few atcual pharmaceutical versions just not compared to other medications.

By generic I meant like the underground reconstituted peptide form, not just a generic brand of pharma you'd buy at a pharmacy in Vietnam for example. They seem like different things but it's a hard topic to research. The way rHGH is made is absolutely mind bending so I question what the underground stuff even is and think I should just wait until I can get a proper pen from a pharmacy.

Brotherrrrrr geezus howd the fucking rig on ya. You brits are all freaks!
Few boys from over the pond on evo now so have a look at their logs too!
@Simon90 just competed in his first show and lit that mother fucker up like a boss taking top place. Have a look at his photos and you will see why..

@Haysey86 is another fucking unit from your way who has just joined us too.

You have big thick arms and legs in the pics and your size is huge!
With Crohn’s you might benefit from digestive aids like probiotics or enzymes but only if food feels off so let us know how your digestion is right now and we can dial that in.
have you tested probiotics, digestive enzymes psyllium husk?
and how is your overall nutrition?

Welcome!

I think it can for sure be beneficial to have some practice in alongside bodybuilding to keep you more open and increase ROM in certain areas where you’re limited but I got hooked on it and did it so much that it was fatiguing me and hindering my regular training. They’ve banned IMGUR in the UK so I can’t even post a video but I was obsessed with balance and going upside down mainly.

I’ve used GH from 2-6 IU per day mainly. The UG market seems to have improved a lot since I originally used it as the labs making it are more transparent with testing now. It’s never been a staple in my stack though, I can take it or leave it but I did see some improvement in sleep quality according to fitness trackers at as low as 2 IU and my sleep was suffering a lot last year when my bowel was bad so I kept some in!

@madcap71 seasoned competitor, had years where he is competing multiple times too, awesome couple of podcasts too!

And the big @Mobster one of Evos top boys... just have a look through his log, trust me this brother is a freak of strength, Big Time.

What class you looking to compete in? Physique? Or gonna look at classic?

Welcome to Evo brother you look fantastic 🔥
Thank you man. Ha, must be something in the water here. Simon90 and Hayesy86 had linked their logs on UK-M, I’ve been posting/moderating there for years and I know madcap71 and recognise Mobster from there too! Can confirm they are all beasts. I had crossed paths with Simon90 previously too as he trains in the gym where I first started/trained for 10+ years at. Absolutely demolished that first show, I agree!

welcome to the EVO family :D @DLTBB love having more UK EVO brothers here! @Mobster @madcap71 @Simon90 @Haysey86 are also Team UK :D

Thank you man. During the flare up I tried all of the usual digestive aids before seeing the Doctor and eventually going to the hospital to try to get myself back to normal (as well as a few diets like Stan Efferding’s vertical) but I was already so far gone that anything other than serious medication wouldn’t touch the sides. It took ~8 months of heavy Prednisolone tapering and trialling 2 biologic drugs (Infliximab and Ustekinumah) to bring me back on track and recently into remission. When I last cut my diet was very simple and I stuck with foods I knew I digested well. It’s been a bit more flexible since then and I have been eating out with my girlfriend and enjoying some freedom while adding a few kilos but I will be tightening things up with my cycle and as I eventually push calories up, I will trial some digestive supplements. I couldn’t tolerate much fibre as my bowel first started to recover - certain foods/vegetables would come out whole but all foods are on the table now.

@DLTBB we interviewed david williams on the podcast like a year ago. he is a brit as well, one of the top powerlifters in the world. he has had crohns problems for 50 years but found his cure
he uses bpc oral, lots of fasting, avoids fiber in his diet, and mostly sticks to high quality carnivore eating. it has helped him.

Oh nice, I'll go and check this out. It seems like the diet can vary a lot from person to person. Oral BPC I believe helped speed things up a great deal though, I'm actually looking forward to getting another scope at some point so I can see the improvements first hand. Cheers for the heads up on this fella.

i think oral bpc is a must for anyone with crohns but also fasting is crucial

Went ahead and trained legs today (hamstring focused) trying to get a read of which movements will stay and which will go when I revise my training plan for Jan. Lying leg curl and 45 degree extension I think I’m sold on. Will also continue to hit calves first in both leg sessions as they inevitably end up neglected otherwise.

I’m in two minds now about changing gym with the new year. My place now is probably the best equipped, decked out fully in Prime and Atlantis but it costs 2-4 x as much per month as other options. I’m also signed up for the meal prep service there (10 meals per week where I can specify the macro split) so all in I’m paying approx. £460 per month. I could easily bite the bullet and prepare my own food and then other gyms I would consider would set me back £50-70 PM. Potential options are the gym I started in and spent 10+ years training at which is very old school 80’s vibes with a somewhat limited assortment of kit but enough to get the job done and a good community, another hardcore gym closer to me which is like a museum of BB equipment from decades ago to modern day and pumping music and vibe and another gym which is like a miniature version of my current gym with a more tight knit community. Going to pay a visit to each over the coming weeks and weigh up my options!

predisone for 8 months is a killer! not something you want to do unless its absolutely necessary. hope you can get that improved @DLTBB

Yup, I was very reluctant to use it at all to begin with because I thought it would massacre my physique and mental state but in the end it was the only thing that was able to pull me out of the flare up and thankfully I didn't suffer with any noticeable side effects. I had 3 failed tapers before I was able to get off it - the original biologic drug I used wasn't enough to keep my inflammation under control but thankfully this current drug is doing the trick without any Prednisolone in the mix. Hopefully that's the last time I have to touch the stuff as it can be awful longterm.

you were VERY lucky. i've seen people gain 100 pounds on that shit

This is from when I had finished cutting at around 77 KG in August:

Bros. Even with you going through a lot of problems you still show that you can overcome. @DLTBB I like that it show you dedicated. You look like a seasoned veteran. You should compete in physique.

Thank you mate. Hopefully that's the last of the speed bumps now and I can make a bit of a push and take my physique up a few notches.

Man. Let me tell you something I wasn't even going to work out today. But after reading your entire log from top to bottom and then seeing this point now I'm pumped to go hit a nice leg session. @DLTBB

@DLTBB That is an awesome looking beach. Wow. And that handstand is incredible on the sand. Where is that beach? Is that in the UK?

I will post some recent pics below to give an idea of my starting point.

Most recent shots from this week at around 81.5 KG:

This is from when I had finished cutting at around 77 KG in August:

Good to hear man. I've been on the forums for years and years at this point, the UK forum where I moderate is a lot quieter lately, I think Discord and social media has limited the amount of new/younger folks signing up to forums. I'll be lurking here for a little to get my bearings and will chime in where possible. But thanks you guys for the warm welcome so far.

Haven't heard that before but he's got a very condensed frame like me and he looks really good so I'll take it, just need to get that Jeff Nippard bank balance now and I'll be set!
jeff nippard balance: ____ fill in blank I want to know too LOL :P

Afternoon chaps.

I went ahead with the rest day yesterday and got back in the gym late this morning for a push session.

Layout was my usual:
2 sets flat press
2 sets incline press
2 sets fly
2 sets dip
2 sets overhead ext.
2 sets push down
2 sets lateral raise

But I also saw this variation on my Instagram feed yesterday and wanted to give it a go:

So added 2 sets to failure at the very end. Pumped the chest up like crazy, even just as a BW movement. Considering making some space for it as a regular movement in the split but it’ll have to be towards the end as I can’t think of any practical way to load it.

Got a couple of pics of where I’m at afterwards
IMG_6346.webp

BW maintained within .2lbs over the course of this week (81.5-81.7 KG) which is around where I’m aiming to be, hopefully going into Jan around this weight/condition and ready for a decent push up and to fill in some gaps on weaker body parts.

About to eat a good meal post workout now and will be back in for a pull session tomorrow and will continue to shortlist some exercises to keep in my rotation.

Good update but please dont post instragram here we have it blocked :D

you look good lean and big!

Oh damn, got you. It was just a dip variation with more of a lean into it to, you didn't miss too much!
try to upload it here :D please @DLTBB

@LevButlerov It was like this with the toes on a raised platform and more of a lean, felt good for 2 sets at the end of the push session.

Also, trained pull yesterday and legs (quad focused) today. Went to a concert with the Mrs last night. Social calendar has a few bits and pieces booked in over the holiday period where eating won’t be fully tracked, hence me planning for the cycle once that’s all over and done with and once I’ve had blood work back. By which point I’ll have taken all of the new kit for a test drive and decided which movements I want to move forward with in my split. I’ll be sticking with PPL format as that’s what I’ve been enjoying most - at this point I’ve given every popular split a good run through and feel like PPL has given the the best blend of progress and enjoyment.

Trying to figure out the best way to upload video content on here going forward as IMGUR is banned in the UK and Instagram isn’t supported on the forum, if anybody’s got a good workaround, let me know.

You could upload to YouTube and make it private so only people who you wish to view the video can see it . It’s what I do personally . That dip looks rather decent actually , nice depth .

Haha that’s Regan Grimes mate, not me - that’s just where I got the idea to do it like this to begin with. YouTube unlisted sounds like a good play. I’ll try to record the odd working set in future sessions and will share some as I go.

Yeah and for me at least, having a little period of time where I ease off on tracking and being too meticulous with things e.g. over Christmas or for a vacation for example usually sets me up really well for a solid few months of hitting the gym hard and being dialled in with nutrition afterwards.

Man what a massive and balanced physique! Looks awesome! Jealous of the thickness of your upper chest.

That push workout looks good too.

Now this is one jacked Brit! Bro you are DENSE and thick! The legs up like that on your dips is great form too.

When you have ran between 2-6iu which dose works best for you?

I think 4 was the sweet spot for me, got the benefits without the added water an avoided the numbness and tingling in the fingers that I’d usually get at 6 IU. 🫡

I have been feeling a bit under the weather again towards the end of this week - had it a few times while it’s been cold and miserable outside, just very tired, more sore than usual, sniffling and sneezing, that kind of thing. Not enough to put me off training entirely but this last rotation of push, pull, legs has been pretty half assed and by the time I was wrapping up legs today, I couldn’t wait to bloody leave. Need a good sleep tonight and then a full day off tomorrow with minimal stress and fingers crossed that’ll do it for me!

If I had to pick a number as a general sweet spot for males I'd say 4iu is it for bodybuilding (if not pro obviously)

Yeah I figured 4-5 IU would be about right for most guys. I dabbled briefly with a little bit higher years and years ago - I messed around with higher doses of everything when I was younger actually, but for the last 4-5 years I haven’t bothered or felt the need to run anything too wild. I’m surprised I got away with running some of the compounds and stacks I did as a youngster without any troublesome sides.

Your density is off the charts and I love the striations in the quads, well done! Very proper side chest too you kept your delt in the back out enough I like it.

Still a little under the weather folks. Hit legs (quad focused) today and nailed some really solid sets on the new Prime hack squat in the gym. Got a rest day scheduled tomorrow and then will be resting Friday and Saturday too as I’m visiting some friends for Christmas - I’d usually be a bit pissed about missing some training but I think it’s going to be productive overall and have me recover better in preparation for Christmas and beyond.

Today was just a very simple:
- Toe press (2)
- Seated calf raise (3)
- Hack squat (3)
- Leg extension (2)
- Single leg curl (2)
- Abductor (2)
- Adductor (2)
Amount of working sets in brackets.

Apologies for the inconsistency guys. Just been here, there and everywhere trying to get the festive bullshit out of the way before I can get back to normality next week. Still been training and they’ve not been bad sessions at all but nutrition’s just not had the kind of consistency it needs to ascend. Holding condition reasonably well though. Once Jan rolls around I’m going to do moderate Test with a spritz of NPP and move into a small calorie surplus. For the sake of nostalgia and enjoyment I’m strongly considering going to the old bro split, it’s been a long while since I’ve trained that way and I think it’d rekindle an old flame.

I’ve had my blood work back now and everything is where I need it to be to go ahead with a little cycle. The only thing out marginally in previous bloods was ALT and that’s now in range. My only issue is that they want me back in the hospital next month for a colonoscopy so they can see how well my bowel has repaired and that will more than likely mean bloods will be taken then too, so I’ll avoid any orals at the start of the cycle so as to not mess with my liver values and raise any flags with them, and then once that over and done with I’ll add some at the back end.

Cycle wise I’m just going to begin with 300 mg Test C per week and 60 mg NPP every other day. May give Oxy another whirl after the scope is done (it’s been many years since I’ve used it) and hopefully bag some cute fullness and strength gains from that.

Not been online as much lately so have been sort of useless with updating the journal etc. but will try to be more regular with it going forward and hopefully share some cool progress as time goes on.

Below are some of the most recent progress pictures I got since last posting and will act as the starting point.

Man you've got a physique that a lot of people would aspire to hey. Massive, lean, very well balanced and aesthetic. The front and rear double bi are awesome as your chest, back and shoulders are so meaty! Crazy detail in your legs as well.

Crazy that you achieved this natural and one year TRT.
