Unfortunately, my Ring Con Air 2 ran out of charge last night, so I couldn't get my tracked sleep details. But I went to bed around 9 pm and woke up around 6:30 am, so I feel like I slept well. I still woke up a little tired, but I think that's just my body still exhausted from the weekend's travels.

Today was a great day of training. Training alongside my husband always makes everything worth it. I love trying new exercises and having my hubby help show me the ropes.
I also love going to the gym as we are starting to make friends, which is great to be able to socialize with people who are also on their own fitness journey.
GHK-Cu: I have had a few people ask me about this, so I thought I would add my comments here. I have found that GHK-Cu has been great for me. It took about a month for everything to start making a difference. I have always had trouble with getting really dry skin, especially on my hands, due to working in Early Childhood and having to wash my hands a million times a day. Since starting GHK-Cu, I have noticed that my hands have not been getting as dry, and they have been so much better. I also always had weak, fragile nails, and they are now much stronger. I would recommend this to anyone.
