( 5kg jump on weight and done similar reps to last week, pretty happy with progress and lower back felt nice and smooth)

Lying hamstring curl

( slight jump on weight each set felt like i came bit strong today focused more on tempo and squueze)

And @BigBoyLabs oul making me stronger in each session. Did my best to make things happen today. Thank you all for the support i have been getting lately.

on the food, I would up your fats for sure, omega 3 in there needed up to 100 grams

Thanks for the compliment, i do take 6000mg of fish oil a day and do 1 hour cardio each of Tuesday and Saturday with abs training on my rest days, i haven’t recorded on my log.

thats good but I would add cardio with all training days please bro :) @Ratatata not 1hr but at least 20-30 split
and 6 grams of fish oil is fine but you looking at around lack of 40 grams of fats

Been 4 weeks into @BigBoyLabs test and tren started to feel bit hot and strength is coming up every session smashed todays session. Tried taking gh IM today preworkout and had amazing pump. Hands down to @Core Pharma for best gh in aus ugl market. Still feeling lean body weight going up steadily felt haven’t gain any fat so far. Excited for blood test nxt week to see my results.Rest day cardio and check in tomorrow will update how it goes thanks everyone.

Had amazing arm day progressed with reps and weight depending on exercises focused on proper form and execution of exercise. Totally demolished the arms😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 pump at the end was insane.

No insulin at the month but tracking fasting gulcose everyday.
You could take some metformin too with hgh

Doing blood nxt week willl be testing fasting insulin too donhave referance prior to tren and gh so will be ease to know the difference if it has make.

Rest day/ cardio and weight check in

Today fasted body weight 86.8kg 600gm up in weight compare to last week. Keeping calories same no changes at all.

Been logging my journey with @Core Pharma gh and @BigBoyLabs test and tren so far journey has been really amazing recovery strength and gains has been going steady. I have been focusing on back and shoulders past 4 weeks, and can see little progress in the back and shoulders and Gh helping to keep me lean and full. dropped 4 weeks difference photo can notice some changes and feels barely gained any fat around love handle. Obviously hair growth aswell🤣

your back is very lean and wide, it's impressive and strong :D @Ratatata shoulders are much wider
