Today fasted body weight 86.8kg 600gm up in weight compare to last week. Keeping calories same no changes at all.
Been logging my journey with @Core Pharma gh and @BigBoyLabs test and tren so far journey has been really amazing recovery strength and gains has been going steady. I have been focusing on back and shoulders past 4 weeks, and can see little progress in the back and shoulders and Gh helping to keep me lean and full. dropped 4 weeks difference photo can notice some changes and feels barely gained any fat around love handle. Obviously hair growth aswell![]()
