EVO Logger
Operation Baby Cypher: The Conception Chronicles Begin

Welcome to my official log, where I’ll be documenting the mission to achieve one of my life’s biggest milestones: getting Mrs. Cypher pregnant.

It’s a goal that’s both beautifully simple and biologically complex. So after months of digging into research, absorbing wisdom from the brains here on EVO, and planning like a mad scientist, I’m finally putting things into motion.

🔬 The Objective

Produce viable swimmers, fire them like champions, and make a tiny human.
Simple in theory. Biochemically... not so much.

⚙️ The Protocol (Making Swimmers Great Again)

Since I’ve been off cycle for nearly 8 weeks, the focus now is on restarting the body’s natural production line and giving my fertility every possible advantage.

Bulking can wait — babies come first. Sorry @ODINLABS 😭

Here’s the current regimen:

  • HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin)
    1500 IU/week, split across Monday/Wednesday/Friday.
Stimulates the ol’ Leydig cells to get testosterone production going again.

  • HMG (Human Menopausal Gonadotropin)
    75 IU/week, split on Tuesday/Thursday, as needed.
Think of it as HCG’s wingman — encourages sperm development by pushing FSH levels.

  • Clomid (Clomiphene Citrate)
Taken daily for the next few weeks. This SERM blocks estrogen receptors in the brain, tricking the body into pumping out more LH and FSH — the hormones that tell your testes, “Let’s go boys, time to work!”

  • L-Carnitine
500 mg daily — because mitochondria are the powerhouse of the cell... and sperm are basically tiny, hyperactive jet engines.
It boosts sperm motility, and science backs it.
Everything is sourced through trusted EVO suppliers, so quality is locked in.

🧪 How I’ll Know If It’s Working

You didn’t think I’d leave this to guesswork, did you?

Enter YO Sperm Test — a surprisingly legit at-home test that hooks up to your phone and gives you insights into sperm count and motility. It's like a fitness tracker for your swimmers.

I'll be testing every few weeks to see how things are progressing — and yes, I’ll report the data. Because what’s a science-based fertility journey without cold, hard metrics?

🧠 Final Thoughts

This log isn’t just about numbers and hormones — it’s about tracking a deeply personal journey with a bit of humour, a little bit of biology, and hopefully a baby at the end of it all. (Hopefully a boy 🥹)

If you’re on a similar path or just curious, stick around. There’ll be updates, overshares, and probably way too much info about my testicles — but hey, we’re all here to learn!

Now it’s time to let the swimmers swim. 🏊‍♂️

Special mentions to @ODINLABS for his unwavering support of my crazy ideas and @Core Pharma who already had the nuts and bolts of the fertility plan already mapped out.

I’ll also be using sponsored gear from @Wolfenstein (Austix Pharma) to make sure I stay in shape while trying to conceive, namely Reta and MOTS-c.

Gud luck bro!!!! Wish u al the best!!!
Thanks bro!
Wow bro, didnt know about YO test kit. Science has really advanced, saves going to a lab to "do the thing".
Yeah! I found out about them from @CreatineMONO i believe it was! He’s a wealth of information when it comes to fertility!
Good luck brother can't wait to see some baby cypher ducky's
Thanks big man! Can’t wait!! I’m pretty excited but also very nervous 😂😂 life could be very different next year which is terrifying 🍼

Good luck will be following along
Thanks bro!
Man there is gonna be some baby making cardio happening in the house of @CypherOCE
Hahahaha already started 😂
This is going to be a great thread to watch.

Not that I'm looking to have kids right now but it's always a concern for me as someone who'd like to compete but also still want to try for kids one day

Good luck with the baby gravy 🫡
Thanks bro! Hopefully it’ll have all the information you need for when you’re ready to shoot your shot 🤓

Wasn't me my brother, I was doing the trip to blow into a cup every few months :)

What's the reason behind running clomid and hmg? My understanding was that generally people run HCG and clomid with the hope of clomid stimulating FSH response. If no FSH response from the clomid then HMG mimics the FSH.

Do you know how the feedback loop would play out if you're trying to get the body to produce the signal to create FSH whilst injecting a chemical that mimics that signal?

It wasn’t you??? 🫣🫣 could’ve sworn it was 😂 fk.

Should’ve been clearer 💀 Clomid initially - HMG after first bloods if I haven’t moved the dial very much

@CypherOCE i would also add vitamin E and zinc. these are very important for fertility as well. in fact vitamin E was found in an egyptian study to be needed for fertility levels in men

@CypherOCE bros does home sperm test give you exact number? or more tells you generalization. i know amazon sells kits but pretty much 0 sperm or sperm. not really 100% accurate

Yeah I know I only want to use them both for a maximum of 3-4 months ideally less is best in this case. The quicker it works the better

33 and 30 no kids prior for either of us

She hasn’t done any testing but is planning to get bloods soon I’ll post them once in hand

Not entirely sure what the bloods will show tbh so looking forward to seeing them haha

I believe so but I’ll have to double check

Very interesting and different type of log to say the least! I really hope your mission will be successful and that you'll have a healthy baby on the way soon 🍼
Thanks bro! Fingers crossed 🤞

I hope so too!! Will try to make as informative as humanly possible!
Its going to be very interesting, TBH I think you can get a girl pregnant on TRT easy with HCG and Fadogia. :D

I know @CreatineMONO had success with TRT but I was coming off anyway because off the holiday so I figure I’d stay off until we were successful
This will be emotionally hard, hormone swings, I hope you are ready :D

I’ve been fine so far haha it’s been nearly 8 weeks and I feel okay

Not fantastic but not terrible. Brain fog etc is back but it’s not like I’m not used to low T issues anyway 😂

Hoping the PCT and HCG will increased it enough to a point that’s it’s bearable

I hope so too!! Will try to make as informative as humanly possible!

Ahhh interesting! I’ll definitely add these in also

@cyperoce nice update man. Congrats on the sponsor.

Looking forward to following along! I have a bunch of friends that have juiced and been able to successfully have multiple kids.

Lets see how it goes step by step on this one. :D @CypherOCE

@CypherOCE this will be an interesting log and helpful to many......all the best bro........

Week 2:

1500IU HCG (split over Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
75IU HMG (split over Tuesday and Thursday)

Last week was actually pretty good, I’m feeling good. Still hitting the gym 5/6 times a week. Very, very active at work and slowly dropping weight towards the goal of 85kg.

Currently sitting on 88.9kg as of this morning.

Have also thrown into the mix the Reta and MOTS-c from @Wolfenstein so I’m keen to see how things go with those in the mix!

Will order bloods this week before I head back home for an awards night

Let’s go! Keep me updated on the weight loss. What’s your starting dose on the Reta and mots-c btw?

7 units a day with the MOTS-c as per @Pigsy’s suggestion

And 1mg split over a week for the Reta - tried to eat my normal 6 weetbix this morning after legs (can’t eat before without throwing up afterwards 😂) struggled to eat it all 💀 don’t if it works that fast or I’m just feeling off after legs but everything seems fine 😆

Yep that’s reta for you 🤣🤣 I did my weekly shot last night and stared at my breakfast for 15 mins. (By day 3-4 usually appetite comes back a bit) I inject every 6 days due to the half life, but day after injection is always the worst. Let’s get it bro! After the first week or two, I suggest going to 2-3mg bro! Good luck.

I’m gunna be broke 😂😂😂 better keep my ass working 💀

Week 2

HCG from @ODINLABS and HMG from @Core Pharma have been great!

I’ve also been using SLU, Meth blue and Mots-C with GH. Next week I’ll be adding in L-carnitine from @ODINLABS preworkout to see how much leaner I can get 😝

Notes: Tuesday I had itchy nipples 😂 not sure why but I found it pretty funny because that’s usually high T symptoms for me.

Also been using the Reta from @Wolfenstein to great success I weighed in Thursday after work and food at the end of the day at 87.4kg

So by end of next week if I’m under 87 I’ll be happy as!

Gym was good this week but I’ve had a little niggle in my lower back that I’ve been nursing so I skipped squatting and deadlifts this week.

Food wise has been great also! Haven’t strayed onto anything terrible! Which has been great!

Dropped a meal while still managing to keep protein upwards of 200g!

Great work brother. How you liking the Meth blue?

I haven’t experienced anything adverse so far but I’m on a pretty low dose! But so far it’s been amazing I can’t say a bad thing about it. I find myself with less cravings for things like sugar etc
careful with methylene blue has some sides
Oh?? I haven’t experienced anything bad 😳 only blue pee 😂 and that’s pretty normal

doing it smart brother! Some people who start too high too soon get a massive bump in RHR and feel like they’ve got a sunburn haha. Just slowly titrate up by feel and no need to rush, it’s potent! Keep up the good work brother 🙏

Looking good brother looks like things are going nicely. How you finding the slu? I'm thinking of running it again

Really enjoying it

SLU with Reta and MOTS-c seems to be doing amazingly well. Sugar cravings are basically none, which is awesome. Food noise is also pretty much nil.

I never expected it to work this well so I love it 😂

I’m nearly out of meth blue and amino stuff from driven, idk if I’ll get more or not yet.

Great to hear brother, that’s how it should be 🙏 so keen to follow this let’s get it 🤜 🤛

Will weigh when I get home from Melbourne 😅 should hopefully be roughly the same if not slightly less than the 87.4kg

Goal for this week will be to get to 86’s
Might have to take a little less (definitely a good problem to have)

Current weight is (after breakfast and nothing else)

85.9kg

This is the lightest I’ve been in a while 😂

Jeez I’m sitting here reading this thinking damn this guy is losing weight fairly fast than BAM! Down to 85.9kg already!? W T F!

Reta must love you 😂

This week has been good but I’ve been feeling pretty run down and just mentally fatigued. Anyway, I got a blood test and lo and behold I had SUPER, SUPER low test.

IMG_3841.webp

Also, FSH and LH aren’t super high as yet either.

IMG_3842.webp

So I’m going to start by readjusting some things, mainly Clomid and Nova doses.

After chatting with to @Wolfenstein I’ve got some new Clomid and Nova and the dosages will be

50mg clomid daily
40mg nova daily

Will do this for three weeks and get a new set of bloods to see if anything has changed. If it does move the numbers I’ll halve the dose and go for another three weeks.

Failing this, I’ll have to start test E on a TRT dose @ 125-150mg weekly.

Been thinking for a little while something was off - maybe it’s the stress of work but having low T has been making me so fucking miserable

Emotions all over the place, can’t think of things, I’m super forgetful, I can’t recall names or items plus sexual function like erections etc nearly nonexistent

Safe to say it’s been a pretty shitty week or so

Chin up brother 🙏 see how this protocol goes. Worst case scenario you will always have test e to get those levels back up and start feeling normal again. Always around for a chat if needed 👊

Thanks bro! Hopefully I can get it turned around and looking somewhat decent again 🤓

That's rough brother sorry to hear. I think i read you were running reta alongside a deficit? Might be time to drop the reta for a while and up the calories? Dieting is another added stress that wouldn't be helping.
Hopefully the nolva and clomid will kickstart things mate

testosterone way too low, you'll need to do TRT with all this clomid and hcg

Cortisol levels also super high like at the top of the reference range 😅

Your E2 levels are still higher for that LH to nudge. How long since you stopped TRT and what dosages of nova and clomid were you on?
I thought my e2 looked pretty good 😅 mine usually sits around that point in tests

Clomid and nova doses were only half of what I should’ve taken but test I stopped nearly 9 weeks ago now.

Your HPTA axis works in such a way that the hypothalamus detects E2 levels, and if its normal, then it thinks there is enough test in the body and does not ask your pitutary gland to increase LH. So only when that E2 takes a dip further will the hypo asks the pitutary to release more LH.

The reason you take nolva and clomid is to trick hypothalamus into thinking there is no E2 in the body (Thats why they are called SERM - Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator) and then hypo asks pitutary to make more LH. This LH then asks balls to produce more test.

I didn’t know that e2 played a part in LH release! This is interesting 😅

What’s a decent way to not fully crash it but to bring it down? Just the nova / clomid? I’m young the dose for both of these starting from yesterday.

I can do bloods again earlier so we can all see if it’s working or not before pulling the trigger on TRT

seems to be a strong consensus that I’ll likely need TRT anyway
