@Eveflorence Bros, yeah, I've been studying up on the stuff lately. Seems like a lot of people think that you got to do this or that workout or this or that exercise to build up the legs, and it's not true.

Without going into too much detail, she has a pretty serious chronic health condition and has had so since birth. Whenever she picks up a virus it puts her at risk of needing to go to the ICU, sometimes we can manage it at home but other times it's so bad she needs hospital intervention.

I'd trade places with her in a heartbeat. She puts everything in perspective for me and because of this I'll never take my health for granted

Well what a week last week turned out to be. 6 year old daughter became extremely unwell and we found ourselves calling an ambulance at 3am in the morning. Spent 5 days in hospital with her but happy to report that we are home and she is doing much better. Just wanted to give a shout out to @Raptor Labs and all the boys in the Raptor team for their prayer and support, felt very much loved.

Today was legs and I was amped for it. Body was a bit tight after sleeping on a hospital fold out bed but motivation, strength and energy were high.

Thanks brother. Yeah it's always scary even though this isn't the first time we've needed the ambulance, never gets any easier.
She's a trooper though and is doing a lot better now. Merry Christmas mate

I wish I could say the same about big feasts, but I spent the holiday by myself. My daughter would not invite me, and she would not come over to my place. It was a sad day for me. @Eveflorence
