Leg day today. Started the day with 30 minutes walk fasted before the house was awake. I've been trying to do this consistently every morning because I feel it sets me up for a solid day.
At work, trying to be as active as possible and will generally finish the day with a 20-30 minute walk at night. Weight training in the late afternoon.
Still running just the 125mg test. Changed gh protocol to 3iu every morning. 500mcg slu-pp and 40mcg clen every morning and 1mg of reta a week. All quality products from
