) but like some of our female ambassadors - we know @Alice_In_Ironland splits hers 3 & 3 through our the day.Ideally this would be better to take 3 in the morning and 3 after lunch but we wouldn't suggest to take it too late just in case it messes with any sleep patterns.
Majority though I would just be taking all 6 whenever you can as we believe it's best to have the 6 then to forget to take your other 3 if you were to split

Well said bro - the other reason it shouldn't repeat or cause upset is because we use enteric coated capsules so they are PH balanced to not break down in the gut but enter the small intestine which is much more comfortable for people
especially sensitive stomachs

Update - I got alot going on in my life atm and I have been taking 2 tabs of Vital sleep an hour - 1.5 hours before bed. The sleep quality is so amazing that I get up naturally in the morning. I woke up at 4am, but I had time to sleep, so went back, fallen asleep straight away and woke up natutally at my usual time - again no alarms.( And I am not a morning person)

Bought the vital sleep for my wife to try. Her sleep is generally terrible. Lately it's been worse due to work stress as well. Her issue is usually waking in the night then not being able to get back to sleep for several hours. Both nights so far she still woke once but got back to sleep fairly quickly.
I've tried the elite twice now. I'm similar in that I get to sleep easily when I firstly go to bed but often struggle to get back to sleep if I wake later in the night. Both times I woke up needing to go to the toilet but got back to sleep with no issues.
