To my best knowledge @Core Pharma doesn't use session anymore, best way to contact is threema.

Iv been on core pharma GH for about 2/3 weeks now at 2iu and iv noticed a drop in water retention like looking a lot leaner and sleep has improved!! Like I won’t wake up every 2/3 hrs just one solid sleep

My question is, would you take GH on empty stomach before bed or it doesn’t matter if you eat food or not.. so many mixed opinions online but curious to hear other people’s thoughts on why doesn’t matter if food is in system or why it’s better stay fasting 2hrs before and after

I take it before bed whether I'm empty or not. Makes no difference to me, plus Pigsy told me the same. So I take his word as gospel. Don't have any science based evidence to back it up other than my physique has changed dramatically over the past 12mths since being in 4-6iu HGH daily.

Yeah I take it every day. I had some fluid in my feet and ankles when I jumped straight to 4iu in the beginning which lasted 2 to 3 weeks. This happened again when increasing from 4 to 6iu but not as much and didnt last as long.
You can cycle for 5 on 2 off if you want as this saves money but completely up to you.
