Hey guys im new to this forum just looking around for some good advice on dieting, macros etc.. Does anyone have any good resources or is there somewhere I can go on here to find that kind of thing? just looking to do some more research. Basically atm I have 3 protein shakes a day in between meals, 5 meals mostly chicken rice and brocoli and egg/bacon & side of vegetables for breakfast. I know I sound like a complete noob but would be good to try and get a bit more in depth with this stuff.. Appreciate your help
