This is the kind of thing I will usually have for lunch.. either 1kg wings or chicken breast.. steak.. lamb chops or loins anything protein with veges and/or rice. And pretty much the same for dinner.. breakfast i just have a standard go to bacon and eggs baked beans and fish fingers with some avocado. I try to have 1 protein shake with each meal a day and usually 3 scoops of protein each shake. Usually i will eat a bit less then this but since jumping on (now day 4 or 5, first shot 450mg Testosterone Enanthate from Rhinougl my hunger is through the roof)
This is my first cycle.. I wanted to buy some Tren as well but my source advised me to start on 450mg each week of Test E just to start and to break it up over 2 doses so 1 shot Monday and 1 shot Thursday... I was going to do more but think i will just have an easy first cycle some hcg for pct and some tamoxifen if need be. Havent got any bloods done yet but will be lining that up in the next few weeks just to check my levels. I feel great though.. plenty of energy.So far as my workout routine goes I basically just train anything im working on until failure, take a break and keep going until failure and then keep going and train other muscles to the point where i feel sick and im overheating and then ill usually cool off cold shower and then hit the steam room or sauna to detox and try and drink 1.5l of water each sauna session.. this is my first log so forgive me for sounding like a rookie haha
Ive been training on and off for a few years but decided im going to stick with it this time and push my body as far as it can go (without risking too much). havent weighed myself in probably 2 years..
