Hey guys im new to this forum just looking around for some good advice on dieting, macros etc.. Does anyone have any good resources or is there somewhere I can go on here to find that kind of thing? just looking to do some more research. Basically atm I have 3 protein shakes a day in between meals, 5 meals mostly chicken rice and brocoli and egg/bacon & side of vegetables for breakfast. I know I sound like a complete noob but would be good to try and get a bit more in depth with this stuff.. Appreciate your help

Do you weigh your foods?
Start by listing out what you eat daily and what you current macros are. We can help you tune in the diet to meet you goals.
Also take a look at the logs on here if your looking for diet inspiration.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I would start with a good app to track macros... There are plenty of them out there

Learning about diet is the most important aspect first and foremost... Diet is the key to everything.. Training is very important but in actuality, on breaking things down, anyone who really has a true gauge on order of importance will have diet as 70-75%, sometimes 80% of all of this with training being 15-20 and then supplements/peds being around 5 percent to possibly 10 for pros... It all starts and ends with diet

I can tell you 3 shakes a day is way too much.. 1 is plenty

I dont weigh my foods no I just usually look at the packet and go ok so 500g of chicken...break that up into 2 meals.. heaps of rice and veges and that sort of thing where would I find something to weigh my food? Macros seem really hard to keep a track of I wasnt aware there were apps so thats pretty cool what apps would you reccomend?

So you bought a whole heap of steroids including tren , and by the sounds of it your still getting fed 2 minute noodles by your mum ?
 
if you can avoid junk food
and if you can avoid take out food you'll be ahead of everyone
 
the nice thing about this forum is there's a lot of different diets
there's not a particular diet that will necessarily always work
 
please make sure you get your log going
we want to see your success
 
yes get your diet up for us and be honest
We're Not Gonna judge you just tell us exactly what you're eating and we can give suggestions
 
make sure in your log you are posting your training
not just your weights but all your cardio

This is the kind of thing I will usually have for lunch.. either 1kg wings or chicken breast.. steak.. lamb chops or loins anything protein with veges and/or rice. And pretty much the same for dinner.. breakfast i just have a standard go to bacon and eggs baked beans and fish fingers with some avocado. I try to have 1 protein shake with each meal a day and usually 3 scoops of protein each shake. Usually i will eat a bit less then this but since jumping on (now day 4 or 5, first shot 450mg Testosterone Enanthate from Rhinougl my hunger is through the roof)

This is my first cycle.. I wanted to buy some Tren as well but my source advised me to start on 450mg each week of Test E just to start and to break it up over 2 doses so 1 shot Monday and 1 shot Thursday... I was going to do more but think i will just have an easy first cycle some hcg for pct and some tamoxifen if need be. Havent got any bloods done yet but will be lining that up in the next few weeks just to check my levels. I feel great though.. plenty of energy.So far as my workout routine goes I basically just train anything im working on until failure, take a break and keep going until failure and then keep going and train other muscles to the point where i feel sick and im overheating and then ill usually cool off cold shower and then hit the steam room or sauna to detox and try and drink 1.5l of water each sauna session.. this is my first log so forgive me for sounding like a rookie haha

Ive been training on and off for a few years but decided im going to stick with it this time and push my body as far as it can go (without risking too much). havent weighed myself in probably 2 years..

Ill admit i said a few things but dont hand it out if you cant take it mate. thats what cowards do. Hi Mobster, appreciate you helping here. I did point out on the thread that things were going a bit too far there and tried to calm it down unfortunately it only got worse. I've sent a message to gearhead. Our customer won't be logging on here anymore as a result of all of this.

MyFitnessPal is prob the easiest to use. I would def start tracking your macros or you really have no idea what your eating.
I plan out a days meal in my macro app and then i eat those meals all weeks. This way i only need to look it all up 1 time and then i batch cook all my food for a week or two. Makes it very easy. Check out my current(or any of my log) log to see what i do.

We all start somewhere brother! Don't worry about sounding like a noob.

Micronutrients are going to be the foundation of any physique related goal, and shakes simply don't (always) have a great micronutrient profile, which is why the boys are recommending whole foods.

Is your goal weight loss or weight gain at the moment?

What exactly does your food look like each day? And what about output/ steps/ cardio?

I'm happy to have a look and overhaul your plan for you 👌
