Scales didnt move much but I leaned up again very dry atm.

Good job. Hitting the cardio. I'm glad you included it. There's too many logs that I'm seeing where guys are fitting to add cardio or they're not doing it at all.

Yeah I've never seen it before, and only ordered it due to your asking about it all the time. The waiter said it's the most contentious dish they have, due to it being a wild animal, there is no consistency with how gamey it will taste. Anyway this one was delicious 😋

Grinding it out. Long ass workout moved 18% more volume then last week, just constant progressions at the moment.

Tweaked the shoulder again, won't know till tomorrow if bad or not.
