On the farm, pruning is going well underway.
Removed 5 acres of grapevines that had there day. Going to have meeting with some grape breeders today. See what I may plant on that area.

Had great chest/Delts and Triceps. Weights moving nicely.

Flex Fitness Seated Chest press. 3 sets x 12 reps

Cybex Seated Incline press. 3 sets x 12 reps

Machine dips. 3 sets x 15 reps

Machine side delts. 3 sets x 15 reps

Rope Tricep pushdowns. 3 sets x 15 reps

Skull crushers. 3 sets x 15 reps

Cable tricep kickbacks. 3 sets x 15 reps

Definitely next session we have together, will post up some pics and Videos. Hope this old man look reasonable to you big fella.
