I was happy with todays WO. Felt stronger this week than last week for squats. 5x5s Better speed and ease IMO!! Mr.RR stilll wants more speed out of the hole. Did pause squats on back day that should help. Continuing with glutes and abduction adductor work. Have a good week of gains all. 💪🌸

Started off the walking into gym today and manger says to me “I’ve got a bone to pick wit you!” Grin on his face. I ask what did I do? He said “You can’t come in here looking better than me!” I laughed and said, Well you must not be working hard enough ! Lol. Was a good laugh. Nice compliment though coming from the manager! 😊🌸💪 Happy with todays’s chest workout. On BB incline Press, Kept weight same as last week 135lbs increased reps to 6 got out 8 on set 5 the last set. Felt good with shoulders tendons joints!💪🙏🏻 again did not use elbow sleeves just wrist wraps and belt. Felt strong today. I went up to 115lbs on Mach press that’s a little personal best win. Ususally that machine I have some aches in my shoulders but not today. 12 reps did not go to failure. Another gal that trains there we were chatting. She said it’s always a pleasure watching you guys train. So was a nice day of compliments. We stopped at Costco to get the quinoa salad they’re always out of it… grabbed a rotissary chicken and some yummy Mediterranean green salad kits. Just can’t beat a whole cooked chicken for $5 protein cost less than the salads!! 🤷‍♀️ Deadlifts tomorrow!! Happy Lifting!💪🌸

Had a decent deadlift session today. While still only doing 275lbs 5x5s my body wt still 139lbs.
I’m doing something different on my first few reps then my last reps. My last rep or 2 is faster it’s opposite as should be. So gotta figure that out. I’m prob engaging my legs butt more as my back loses energy. But I’m not trying use my back I’m trying to focus on glutes. Obviously doing something wrong! Why I can’t just keep my form same every time idk. Frustrating the hell out of me. But I will forge on! 💪 Going to back off on several accessories now. Need to go into main 3 lifts for upcoming strength cycle.

Figuring out next cycle debating on stacking my TRT with 2 AS or just one at a time.
Like 10mg TRT with Var and NPP or start with just Var 8 weeks then NPP 8 weeks or do a bridge in middle for a couple weeks with both. Any input be nice. Any ladies do 2 AS with test? Sides are ofcorse the concern. I know how I do with 10 mg Var daily with TRT and I know how do with TRT and 10-12 mg NPPweekly. All good! But if I use both synergistically will it bring on sides? That’s my current debate.💪🌸

Took a Deload day today. Mr. Needs Resting the tendons! My left shoulder/arm a bit sore lastnight in just certain positions. So hard to say if trying upright rows yesterday played a part in this or if it’s just my pinched neck nerves being assholes to me! It’s a similar feeling I had in my right side arm/shoulder. A lesser degree. Iced it, redlight on it, foam rolled. Took an anti inflammatory feeling better today. If I would put bar on my back with my shoulders in that position it might be diff story. I got my HGH on board. Stay healthy until official strength cycle begins in February!
Been a few weeks of no Semaglutide now, heartburn has decreased. Definitely can eat more without feeling soo full. So gotta really hold back. Not really super hungry between meals which is good! Guts moving a bit faster. Should be able to fill up on protein easier now. Weight has been at 139-140lbs which I’m hopeful I can get metabolism moving better as well. If I’m gonna be 132lb registered class I need to figure that out! Ok everybody have good rest of your week! Happy lifting 💪🌸

I'm not a lady but a I do know a Lady in her 50's that competes locally here and does some national shows stacks test. primo and anavar. She competes in physique and get's super peeled. She has no virilization issues. As with all drugs though you need to start low and see what you can tolerate.

@RoidRageWife filling up on protein is key to recovery, so this is a good phase for you. Clean deload. :D

Thx. @s.gentz !! Yes I was also thinking about small dose primo perhaps all the way through with my small dose TRT Maybe just do 12 weeks vs 16. Then start with var end with npp. I don’t need to be peeled but the virilization is always the concern of coarse.

I used to have a gym with an indoor pool as well. Those are really good places to get in some extra cardio.

Hey guys n gals! So today we switched over oto more of a powerlifting mode, working on bench movements only. Focus on the flat barbell bench Accessories will be close-grip, wide-grip barbell strength related only! Had to try doing a set up in the one squat rack there is upstairs where we can adjust the bar height so that u can actually set up proper for my competition bench. Despite the one portable bench at gym is only maybe 10inches wide and not 11.5-12.5 inch comp bench. And it’s adjustable to incline so there’s a fucking dip towards the end of bench seat where your ass hits. So it’s kinda fucked up! Which really pisses me off. But you get what you pay for i suppose with 24hour fitness administrators not wanting to attract actual athletes!! Not a lot of affordable gyms near us. Having said that, rant over, 🤬. Was fun to see how body and shoulders react to all the benching volume. Did only 3 sets. Might include incline or decline at times or on arm day. Will see how it goes next few weeks before Feb cycle starts! Used my gear; elbow sleeves and wrist wraps,belt! Left shoulder on my wide grip still a bit achey. It felt bit better after a good lat stretch. Will baby it some more at home. Rear Delts felt great! Body Weight still sitting 138-140lbs. Not eating any different in the last 3 weeks since Semaglutide stopped. Just maintaining. So will see where I need to actually be for this Competition in May! Gotta pick class and just sign up! Tomorrow back day!! Happy lifting over the weekend!! 💪🌸

Thanks for the support. It’s a scary but exciting. Been over 5 years for me! And having been set back from pinched nerves and Covid shut down it’s been interesting but fun trying to get the old body back in powerlifting mode but with some nice support of sweet gear from Purity Source Labs notably @~Vision~. Will make a big diff. As never done comp with gear. Looking back to this last year with just a dabble of PEDS how I’ve responded makes me even more excited! 🌸💪😊

Funny today I forgot to mention a gym member today asked me if we were Pro? I blushed and laughed “no no just amature at this point!” But was a nice compliment. Made me feel good lol!! If I could I would be at different gym but double current monthly rate each, as we pay for 2 now. So will need to make do…figure it out. Even if my gym sponsored me. They still don’t have equipment I need mostly a proper flat bench that u can use.
 
Couple versions of chicken enchiladas now. chix corn tortilla olives green chilies cheese. Got black beans and quinoa salad on side. Today was a pretty taxing Bench day. Best to give a little more Carbs added beans. 💪🌸😋

Dead pause deadlifts today. Never done them before. Mr said we had to do them so I did. Nice light weight. Trying to breathe in, brace and then stop after only a few inches is a bit of a learning curve and staying tight, but then Just pulling fast from that point felt real good. I’m trying to think of deadlift as a pushing movement drop my ass down and push my feet into the floor keeping my back strait as I can. Just squat down push up. I felt myself bending over a bit too much on some reps so tried to correct it. By the last Set I’m usually doing better form. Wanted to do rack pulls too but we decided bent-over bb rows and bb shrugs. Next week will try to see if we can set up on racks to do heavy rack pulls feel some heavier weight. Work on the top half the pull. That will be fun. Finished with treadmill. Is it just me or does anyone else just get irritated listening to people talk on the F’ing phone loudly with earbuds in, while at gym? This lady always does this too…standing on the treadmill Next up me, not even walking just puts her buds in ears then just starts yammering loud high pitched voice. 14minutes before she even started the treadmill!! And it was a diff language. She just kept yacking. While walking 1 mph. I mean excuse your self and go talk somewhere else. Or the dude that has earbuds and raps out loud and it bad rapping and it’s loud and it’s profanity! I’m sorry it’s just rude to subject people to that. I’m Not even on a cycle and I have rage lol. 🤣🤬 well anyhow I guess my heart rate was higher because if it! Ok enjoy the weekend! 💪🌸

Dead pause deadlifts today. Never done them before. Mr said we had to do them so I did. Nice light weight. Trying to breathe in, brace and then stop after only a few inches is a bit of a learning curve and staying tight, but then Just pulling fast from that point felt real good. I’m trying to think of deadlift as a pushing movement drop my ass down and push my feet into the floor keeping my back strait as I can. Just squat down push up. I felt myself bending over a bit too much on some reps so tried to correct it. By the last Set I’m usually doing better form. Wanted to do rack pulls too but we decided bent-over bb rows and bb shrugs. Next week will try to see if we can set up on racks to do heavy rack pulls feel some heavier weight. Work on the top half the pull. That will be fun. Finished with treadmill. Is it just me or does anyone else just get irritated listening to people talk on the F’ing phone loudly with earbuds in, while at gym? This lady always does this too…standing on the treadmill Next up me, not even walking just puts her buds in ears then just starts yammering loud high pitched voice. 14minutes before she even started the treadmill!! And it was a diff language. She just kept yacking. While walking 1 mph. I mean excuse your self and go talk somewhere else. Or the dude that has earbuds and raps out loud and it bad rapping and it’s loud and it’s profanity! I’m sorry it’s just rude to subject people to that. I’m Not even on a cycle and I have rage lol. 🤣🤬 well anyhow I guess my heart rate was higher because if it! Ok enjoy the weekend! 💪🌸

food looks interesting for sure. mexican food is one of my favorites
Yeah the black refried beans look kinda gross but tasted great! I threw a little fresh salsa on top it was perfect. Still a bit too saucy but can taste the corn tortilla chix the olives n chilies cheese. I love Mexican. Coukd eat it regularly. Usu have diff type salads to get the greens. Had to finish quinoa salad.
 
Sister, when you and Roid Rage get enough courage to come to Texas. My wife will make both use some Tex-Mex. Then afterwards, me and Roid Rage fight and you can mud wrestle my fat wife. Will be a fun experience.

Yeah, breathing is very important on a heavy lift like that.

You should have your own home gym. Instead of wasting your time, dealing with annoying people, I can't stand idiots at the gym.
 
I made breakfast for lunch. Made Some waffles bacon eggs. Real maple syrup. Yesterday was deadlifts. Hit legs tomorrow. Eagles game was a fun watch. Football in the snow is always interesting. Still waiting to see if we will get any snow this year. Been in high 20s Seattle area but doesn’t feel like Winter until we get a little bit of snow. It’s not in the forecast yet.

Decided we ought to not kill ourselves with volume pre strength cycle. I’m still cruising so just don’t want to Injure anything That will take me out. I did start with 5 reps I upped my squat weight from. 205 to 215 was feeling strong but suggested we do 3 sets only so I popped up to 225x3 reps called it good, moved on to barbell straight leg deadlifts. Made those slow and deliberate do not touch the floor on reps, did go up to 205 on these which wasn’t super heavy to keep reps at 8! Will eat well tonight. So back to work tomorrow for me. Ok Happy Lifting! 💪🌸

Had another good Bench day! Did 3 barbell bench exercises again. Moderate weights, Used my elbow sleeves wrist wraps ect… just cuz the volume wear n tear going through these joints!! I gotta keep them warm and extra support! Instead of wide grip we did incline barbell bench. Close grip felt strong will prob increase wt next week. Will experiment with a closer grip on Flat Bench just cuz my triceps are quite strong. If that will help my flat bench I’ll do it. Strength should be increasing with this strategy. Do 5 reps with moderate weight on main flat bench lift, drop weight on variation benches increase the reps.
Body weight sitting at 140 would like that to come down. I’ve not been in a calorie deficit. I feel I’m more at a maintenance . Similar foods as always. Will be interesting to see what happens with my cycle in 3 weeks. How my metabolism will respond. My strength went up as body weight went down, on a cal deficit with semaglutide TRT and NPP. I know my strength will go up. Just want my body weight to just sit In a happy place not balloon. Ok back tomorrow. Happy lifting 💪🌸

Had fun back session. Was stoked doing rack pull deadlifts! I do sumo style cuz my deadlift is sumo. Been years since we did these. Well last time I completed. I did use straps but they were pulling out in mid lift. Double overhand to get equal pulling, I cannot do heavy double overhand w/o straps. Used my newer style straps…Not sold on them though. Awkward. But managed to get 2 reps with 365lbs. Slipped out more on the 2nd rep I had to stop. Wasn’t getting a good lock out! Was still excited by this and when I tried using regular straps with the 405, which I expected to get a single, but the universe had diff plans. It was moving just slightly off rack but I started to feel in my back not in my legs butt. It wasn’t moving, So I stopped!! I about passed out after coming up from it though. Did crank out some light bb bent over rows after that. Didn’t do pause squats but Instead did wide sumo stance leg presses. Will eat more today for recovery. Ok have good weekend! 💪🌸🏋️‍♀️

Primo and var would be ideal being both dht derivatives. May find you don’t even need the npp maybe.

Definitely stretching will prevent injuries and also get your muscles more long.

I've always been a poor conventional deadlifter myself too
