And I exceeded it cuz I took another swipe at 205lbs that I missed 2 weeks ago and I’m freaking stoked to say got that shit up too!!! Lifetime max baby! 💪🎉🙏🏻 so now I guess next goal 2 plates is 225 just cuz it’s so close. Would be 226 (102.5kg) have to do kilos at meets. but gym doesn’t have kilo plates. Also went up on my close grip pr!! Pretty damn exciting. Mr RR also had killers PR today! I have to agree with the hubby PSL’s got the best gear @~Vision~ ! EuroPharm ! Just a little dab will you ya ladies (and gents.) Paired with smart consistent training good nutrition you can get where you wanna go! Ok so squats was grind worked for all my reps on my working sets. Stayed at same weight as last week 275 but got out triples so that’s a win! Not PR but a win. I did Increase my pause squats up from 225 to 235 only triples but that’s a PR 💪 I’ll take it. Right glute feels like cramping on me. But it’s a dull ache. Kept rolling out between sets all through and after but still bothering me. Will ice take massage gun to it! Should help. My Mr RR got a gym PR he decided to go up in weight on his squats for 505lbs!👍💪 will eat well tonight. Working the weekend will hit chest Monday! Everybody have great weekend. 💪🌸

Today was surprised with the speed I got out my deads with scheduled 10lb increase to 315lbs sets 5. I was thinking I hope I can get 3s out today since weights getting up there. I pulled up 1st rep not easy off floor but I knew next rep be easier 5 reps! Boom! I’ve five sets 5 w/315lbs but was like 49 yrs old and 25lbs heavier. So I impressed myself lol!🤣💪just did 2 sets. My straight legged deadlifts did me in rep PRs there kept weights same for rest just tried to increase reps and work on form. My Bentover rows felt a bit of tingling in my Rt forearm so backed off 10lbs. I suspect was nerve tingles from my neck. Tucked my chin down too seems to help if I dont hyper extend my neck/head too much. Ok everyone. Happy lifting!💪🌸

I have no inversion board , no boots at gym either! @stevesmi no yoga classes at my gym on days I’m not working. So what’s the best ways to decompress?? I sometimes hang a little in pull-up style. I stretch a lot. There’s no place to get upside down that isn’t 10 feet or higher off the Floor !!
 
Only thing you can do is stretch and warm up. Hopefully, the nerves don't become too much of an issue.

That’s exactly what I have in my neck degenerative disc disease.! Not gonna go away! Not giving up My quality of life though just gotta work around it! Had cortisone Injection in my cervical spine in Feb 2020 and again May 2024! That’s pretty good. So been doing best I can which is pretty good. Another reason why I started cycles cuz I feel the AS HGH T all help when used conservatively!

Ok so I upped my weights again on a few things again. A few PRs. 😁💪 All felt pretty good today. Felt very strong today even though we trashed ourselves yesterday on heavy ass deadlifts! My DB lateral raises and a set front raises not certain if those were PRs or not maybe on reps but I think I’ve done 25lbs on those before. Was feeling kind of accomplished today! Even wore shorts to gym. Haven’t shaved in a few days. I hate shaving esp legs! Why must we have body hair anyhow? Sun was out but still cool here though. Nice when we go in and lift PRs. Yesterday we got some knuckle bumps from member who said he always enjoys watching us lift lol. And today a guy said to Mr RR “don’t break it!” on pulldowns lol. He pinned out the stack! We don’t crash or smack weights down loud and hard. Hate that shit. Just not good for equipment but he noticed ha. Good for the ego! 😁😍 lacking in abs recently did our usual weighted crunch Mach. I was way stronger in my abs I planked beforehand which seemed easy. So I upper weight on crunches too. Mr got some vids. Ok day of rest tomorrow! Have a great weekend all Happy Lifting! 💪🌸

Treadmill 45min

Ok so I upped my weights again on a few things again. A few PRs. 😁💪 All felt pretty good today. Felt very strong today even though we trashed ourselves yesterday on heavy ass deadlifts! My DB lateral raises and a set front raises not certain if those were PRs or not maybe on reps but I think I’ve done 25lbs on those before. Was feeling kind of accomplished today! Even wore shorts to gym. Haven’t shaved in a few days. I hate shaving esp legs! Why must we have body hair anyhow? Sun was out but still cool here though. Nice when we go in and lift PRs. Yesterday we got some knuckle bumps from member who said he always enjoys watching us lift lol. And today a guy said to Mr RR “don’t break it!” on pulldowns lol. He pinned out the stack! We don’t crash or smack weights down loud and hard. Hate that shit. Just not good for equipment but he noticed ha. Good for the ego! 😁😍 lacking in abs recently did our usual weighted crunch Mach. I was way stronger in my abs I planked beforehand which seemed easy. So I upper weight on crunches too. Mr got some vids. Ok day of rest tomorrow! Have a great weekend all Happy Lifting! 💪🌸

I surprised nobody has mentioned the muscularity of these photos. Her back is getting insanely muscular. Her traps and upper back, delts, and arms. It's bad lighting but you can see the definition.

definitely something that we do. But yeah, it sucks.
 
You should try some laser hair removal. If it works good for you, you won't have to shave anymore but it costs a lot of money.

Dude, I dooo shave my legs….. I just hate doing it I do it less often especially in winter! I’m very fair skin color & my leg hair seems like it’s darker esp on my white ass skin so it shows up more! It’s a pain but costs way too much to have it waxed or sugared off!! Or electrolysis or laser removal. It probably so there’s a lot of “natural” people living here if that’s what you want to call them. Idk I’m not politically correct! 🤣
 
Same as Mr RR I might like to see you doing chins too instead of a maxing out Pull-downs
I prob should do those as a finisher. I ve not been very accountable with those. I have been protective of my shoulders. They’re hard to do at the end of a workout. You’re all fatigued!! 💪🌸

Today was surprised with the speed I got out my deads with scheduled 10lb increase to 315lbs sets 5. I was thinking I hope I can get 3s out today since weights getting up there. I pulled up 1st rep not easy off floor but I knew next rep be easier 5 reps! Boom! I’ve five sets 5 w/315lbs but was like 49 yrs old and 25lbs heavier. So I impressed myself lol!🤣💪just did 2 sets. My straight legged deadlifts did me in rep PRs there kept weights same for rest just tried to increase reps and work on form. My Bentover rows felt a bit of tingling in my Rt forearm so backed off 10lbs. I suspect was nerve tingles from my neck. Tucked my chin down too seems to help if I dont hyper extend my neck/head too much. Ok everyone. Happy lifting!💪🌸

@RoidRageWife Great upper body session! Hit some PRs on lat pulldowns, straight arm pulldowns, face pulls, and bicep curls. Strong work even after heavy deadlifts yesterday!!

Squats went ahead pushed weight up 10lbs to 285 for just singles. Was a bit nervous,First single Mr. spotted me just a bit. I could have gone for doubles but stuck with singles, second set was much better. I had more in the tank but just held off. I kept weight same on pause squats and upped my reps from 3 to 5s. Worked hard for those reps. Been grinding for 10 weeks now prob due for a deload but my strength right now is there!! so trying to push without injury. Legs are exhausting!! Will need to ramp down this cycle Peds for a short break then hopefully do short cycle pre comp. Happy lifting 💪🌸

Also did 2 sets Of 175 on close grip bb bench. I did this weight for 1 set last week. Gains are gains!! I’ll take it. Happy lifting everyone! 💪🌸

So today went in confident after last week had good speed n reps at a heavy weight. It is Good Friday. Both my hips and glutes just didn’t feel right today. I did warm up on bike stretched and rolled. Been stretching and rolling at night. I did light warmups was going back n forth with warmups between sumo/conventional trying to loosen up. Decided not to risk injury went conventional so I had even harder time with keeping my butt down. I did get a PR on deads doing conventional style though. So that was nice. Thanks to my coach, Mr @RoidRage69 told me to not give up. It was extremely slow but I kept it going and finished it!! Ok Happy Lifting & Easter weekend. 💪🌸🙏🏻🐣

I did warm up on bike stretched and rolled. Been stretching and rolling at night. I did light warmups was going back n forth with warmups between sumo/conventional trying to loosen up. Decided not to risk injury went conventional so I had even harder time with keeping my butt down. I did get a PR on deads doing conventional style though. So that was nice. Thanks to my coach, Mr @RoidRage69 told me to not give up. It was extremely slow but I kept it going and finished it!! Ok Happy Lifting & Easter weekend. 💪🌸🙏🏻🐣
