OK Evo fam here one for ya.
Got a friend who has a slipped disc from an incident ages ago but now with starting back training it's become a problem.
My question is bpc and tb plus hgh would be my guess but would you need to inject the peptides locally or just into the body?
Maybe chuck in some test as well 😏
Anyone had any experience with this or something similar?
Thanks boys 💪

BPC157 500mcg ed around the site locally, and tb500 1-3mgs 2 times per week.
He can use HGH but start slow 1-2 IUs to feel the side effects. @coolguy77711

Testosterone is a different situation, what’s his natural T levels? Is he on TRT?

No trt but he's at the age where the test levels start dropping 30 plus. I'd put him at the lower range for sure.
More so since it's a injection into the back is there a huge difference between local site injections and say into the stomach ?

Wait until you deal with the back issue before putting him on TRT.

I’m sure you can try to inject into the lats; if going into the direct area of injury is an issue. :)

I had a bulged c2/c3 disc.

Guided cortisone shot into disc. Started pilates, dead hangs, daily stretches, saunas

Removed all exercises that load the spine.

500mcg bpc, 250mcg tb500 daily into delts closest to injury. 500mcg curcumin twice daily, 600mg PEA upon waking, panadol as needed

I wasn't on gh at the time but I imagine it could have helped.

Over a few months it improved drastically, I have some permanent arthritis there. It's a long process but disc is now back in its spot and I recovered 90%, mostly painfree

I thought I was going to be a permanent cripple at one point so I'm really happy the outcome

Thats thats heaps informative ❤️

Had many in my time brother and ongoing lower back issues that I've learnt to deal with and read my own bodies signs after many many years.
Knowing the feeling when it could possibly happen again. As soon as im dehydrated I know because I feel it in my back first 🤣.
Obviously needs plenty of rest to heal but if theres ongoing issues with bulges etc you can not go past yoga or similar. The more active you are with an ongoing issue the better it gets once core etc is stronger.
I also found one of the cheap inversion tables that swing you upside down, saved me 10 years ago when it was at its worse.
5 to 10 minutes every morning and it stretched all my back, legs, hips. Mobility stretches each day also.
I now dont get cortisone injections in my back as its now tolerable with my changes.
I still get injection on my neck due to a bone issue which cant really be "stretched out" 🤣

They didn’t help my discs. You should not inject anywhere near the spine. Very dangerous leave that to a doctor

What helped me was hot yoga and not training heavy anymore. Decompression and flexibility is how you relieve a disc. If his situation is bad I would tell him to stop lifting weights and just go do hot yoga classes for 6 months. Then he can get back into it slowly
