Absolutely blown away by the love and support here guys! Ive started some called Methlyne Blue. Done some research and it seems a possible solution to my energy drinks addiction.

My diet is my weakness as mentioned but also I am quite self aware and realistic. I will definitely try eat as clean and by the book as possible but I am trying to make a diet change I can maintain over time to be healthy for my little one, not just for 3 months so it will be a little good a little bad and a lot.... KAOTIC

Just weighted myself and a little shocked to see 94. The past 12 months have been harsh and I let myself go. But I'm back and gonna fight for it.

My plan so far is to start with some cardio and huge deficit. Hopefully in about 2 weeks I'll be under 90kg (lot of weight will drop without sugar) then move to a high rep medium weight plan. Week 5 should see sus picking up and tren running strong for me to go heavy. Around week 7 I'll be going to a large protein heavy diet.

My first log so go easy.

40 year old male.

Height. 5'9
Weight 93kg. Big belly due to the addictive energy drinks (young child is a sleep vampire)

Diet is currently and often my weal point.
Usual training style is progressive overload. Bench press is my jam. This time last year I just barely failed at 140kg raw at 85kg. This cycle I aim to get back to that weight and surpass that barrier.

I dont normally implement too much cardio but aim to start the cycle as a cut of sorts.

I am being sponsored by the gentleman @KAOS Anabolics and am looking to run a sus 250 tren ace cycle with anavar to compliment. In a moment I'll upload photos of now ( quite some time off gym so be gentle guys). I have semi recent bloods I'll share and add new bloods as advised. Any questions or tips are most welcome.

To follow will be my starting measurements and cycle pathway.

Early days but I've cut out energy drinks and all sugar drinks in general. Water only. Drastic reduction on shit food. Recovering from flu so will start a good update from monday along with day 1 impressions
