Bros if you plan on just staying on then make sure you cruise at a good dose. You don't want to overdo it.
 
You definitely want to freeze your sperm. Otherwise, you won't be able to have kids later on.

Good quality sour dough from the bakery is as good as it gets in my opinion.
I honestly can’t believe how many ingredients are in “normal” bread it’s absolutely crazy

I’m gonna have to jump off at some point this year to do that. I’ve also heard many stories of people being fertile while blasting for years and never coming off cycle. Will get everything tested before making any decisions 💪🏼

If you want to recomp, you need to start cutting out bread and add more cardio, not sure about your training, lets see more updates on training cardio. @Jackyboy
