Diet
I’ve started to eat a little bit less and try and get my abs back. Regardless of me dropping a meal I’m still putting on muscle and getting stronger which is great.

Training
My sessions have been solid. I’m a big believer in perfect form. I’ve never been the one to go super heavy and put form aside. Muscle mind connection is what I really look for. I have a few weak points that I’m working on.
Arms, legs, calves

Other then that lads I’m feeling 10/10.
@Jackyboy I can definitely tell you have made some great gains. Keep it up.
 
Great workout yesterday. Absolutely smashed my arms. Even though they are pretty good size I feel like they look tiny in photos. They definitely aren’t in proportion with my back, shoulders and chest so I’m trying to even them out 💪🏼

@Jackyboy Great to hear the blast is going well and you're still making gains even with a slight calorie decrease! Smart approach prioritizing form and the mind-muscle connection. Focusing on weak points is key for overall development. Keep up the awesome work!
