As someone who knows the ins and outs of hybrid but no longer involved, let me paraphrase so you can save time for reading logs rather than finding out what’s going on by reading back a few pages
Hybrid sells 2 brands. Always has.
Brand 1- has experienced mass seizures. Reships are going out daily, but slowly. Last thing they need is dropping mass parcels again and experiencing a repeat of the current issue, or worse still the shipper gets locked up and everyone misses out.
There are NO PRIORITIES. Every customer is as important as the previous and the next. Yes it sucks for people waiting but I can tell you now it sucks even more for hybrid
Brand 2 is completely seperate and in full operation. But not hybrids in-house brand. Less profitable, but guess where 90% of the profits are going… to fund reships for lab 1.
So the reason guys are getting pissed off and losing their shit with the mods currently is because:
- you are placing the longest running and arguably most trusted lab on probation for not enough loggers, when sending product to loggers would be further delaying reships. When you want this sorted ASAP it’s catch 22 right?
- instead of messaging hybrid directly asking what has happened, and how you can help support him through this, you are publically threatening to suspend him as a vendor if people complain. That’s honestly belittling and degrading to someone trying to do the right thing.
So here’s a logical and reasonable idea. instead of threats and demands, how about you offer some support and maybe pin a thread explaining the current situation, or maybe cut a bit of slack on the probation bullshit.
You can’t shit all over a vendors respect and then expect that they would want to help support you guys with loggers and contributions
