Big day in the gym volume and weight grows every session. Shoulder strength almost back maybe 90% healed.

Upped the Sus dose. Now doing daily .72 cc of @KAOS Anabolics GSO oils. Right Pec this morning, so easy to pin.

Generally speaking rack pulls are mid chin start& it helps with top half of your deadlift movement. You should be able to do heavier weight. Your body may be diff with your back issues. If your above knees not sure how much you’ll get out of the movement for back very small Range of motion. Hardest part is off the floor for deadlift. Your barbell shrugs would be nearly same movement if starting above knees. 💪🌸

Yes not sure on deadlifts with the back, sumos are fine takes the pressure of the lower back. I did the rack pulls today at knee lvl last week was below knee. It's actually grip strength endurance im struggling with on these.

Chalk helps. Use straps. Then grips out of the equation. Do grip strength exercises wrist forearms. Hammer carries.

@Freki 1 hour walk with dogs is huge. you don't even notice you are exercising when you do it. it really does make a difference more then people realize

No chalk allowed but I can try some straps and add some exercises in for sure, thanks for the advise 😀 💪💪

In June you can do it :D
But it doesn't rhyme lev 😅😅 if you can figure out a rhyme for June and walking ill do it 😉

@Freki One of the things I like about you is your consistency. You also put together some really good workouts. Nothing too crazy and ego driven but it's the perfect training Style.

That’s a bummer no chalk, non powerlifter friendly gym! I would not last at your gym just cuz that. Dumb rule. People just can’t clean up after themselves too bad. Ruin it for the rest.
