I haven’t fished there in a while but each lake has different fish in it due to the varying depths. The shallowest lake is only about 25’ deep and has some awesome crappie fishing. Used to go with my Dad when I was a kid.

Tried a new gym today. Was not impressed and could not get motivated in that atmosphere. Picture planet fitness with less equipment and moms dropping of their bare;y teen kids after school. Not going back. Will prob just stick it out at my current gym as long as the new owners start to make some improvements. There are at least 6 pieces that are out of service right now and it’s getting frustrating.

Well I’m back to this one. Still in slow diet phase. Physique is def improving. The lower weight higher rep stuff I’ve been doing feels pretty good. Not too much strain on the body. Nice change.

Increase your fats a bit you'll see a difference in how you feel, +1 avocado to start.

I feel like crap because sleep hasn’t been great last few days.
Total cals are around 2000 right now and fats are 40g plus the fish oil. If you want more fats then it has to come from other macros and I’m about as low as I go on carbs without training suffering.

I think both carbs and fats can go up, add oatmeal in AM and avocado during day you'll sleep better.
 
Well then protein is going down. Cals need to stay the same. Tell me where to set my macros. I’ll give it a try.

I can tell you working with many clients over the years, calories mean nothing. Macros are key to actual long term success. @s.gentz

And in your log I saw 38 grams of fat not 75 that's why I asked. :D

You're doing a lot of volume for the low amount of cals. That's why you feel like crap. I would cut volume in half for a couple weeks and see what happens.

You're not eating enough, undereating would be the situation you are facing. while you look really good, great shoulders arms and legs, THICK! and bigger, you're not eating enough. You need more fats, more protein and more carbs, not calories counted.
That's why bodybuilders have coaches, hard to get an objective reading on your own situation.

I would still say it's the food intake. Overall longer term it's low. @s.gentz which is impacting sleep as well imo
When you're fasting, sleep is bad, the same goes for macro intake.

Not busy most of the time. Usually good scenery.
They were just taken over by the biggest gym in the area so we will see how it goes. There other locations are stupid busy.

More should do push ups as a chest finisher
I was noticing too that @s.gentz You had push-ups on the workout. Walking 10s are what made us to do. Thats doing push-ups at the end as finisher you start out one push up, walk bout 5 steps go down do 2 push-ups get up walk 5 steps do 3 push-ups… till u get to 10!! 😳😕 u want a challenge try it! I end up doing them from my knees halfway through the pain and burn and pump In your chest & arms is like no other. Body becomes so heavy. Sometimes cannot even get to 10. It’s a lot of push-ups. It’s sorta like pushing the sled with weight on it in between squat or deadlift sets when it comes to burn and fatigue! I dont miss them. lol 💪🌸

It’s a ways out. Right now just focused on staying in shape and having a good summer. Build will start again in September and back to logging.
Think it’s gonna be a long primo bulk. Haven’t done it in a while. Maybe we do our high primo/lowish test cycle???

Add in some dbol for the final back half of it .

Still working out what it’s gonna look like. Couple months away yet. Gonna stick to a health phase for a bit.
I’d prob run anadrol over dbol unless estrogen becomes an issue which I doubt.

Primo bulk? that would be interesting, would you consider an EQ/tbol/test bulk? 200mgs eq/400-500mgs test/tbol 20-10 range up down, with a dbol mid cycle bridge.

If I used EQ again this time it would be EQ/deca/test same as last bulk. Would prob only use dbol if I needed estrogen conversion. We will see. There is time.

EQ and Deca is a clean cycle, but mix the tbol/dbol 2/2 to get the best benefit. @s.gentz

I do, it's great. You just plug in your training plan or use one of theirs, set up your reps/weight schemes your first week and the app will do all the progressions for you. Super easy. You don't have to think about anything but moving weight.
Just an FYI, it's actually not an app. It's a web page that you save to your home screen so it acts like an app but you can also use your PC to set it all up which is great.
Give it a try. I think they have a two week trial where you can get your money back if you don't like it. I've tried multiple apps but this one by far blows them away.

No I've wanted to try it tbh, it seems very convenient and it would save so much time. I think I'm gonna buy it, it is pricey but it would allow me to Focus like u said on just moving the weights
