I have a little bit of a lighter week this due to heading out to the property Thursday night so I’ll have three maybe four days off training.You're doing a lot of volume for the low amount of cals. That's why you feel like crap. I would cut volume in half for a couple weeks and see what happens.

You're not eating enough, undereating would be the situation you are facing. while you look really good, great shoulders arms and legs, THICK! and bigger, you're not eating enough. I would still say it's the food intake. Overall longer term it's low. @s.gentz which is impacting sleep as well imoIt’s not the food. Although today yes. So far I’ve not eaten enough. I’ll have a snack later before bed.
It’s work stuff. Messing with my sleep which is messing with the rest of my life.
I can’t do more fats than I’m eating. My body doesn’t like it. 50-60g plus fish oil is my limit.

I was noticing too that @s.gentz You had push-ups on the workout. Walking 10s are what made us to do. Thats doing push-ups at the end as finisher you start out one push up, walk bout 5 steps go down do 2 push-ups get up walk 5 steps do 3 push-ups… till u get to 10!!More should do push ups as a chest finisher

I end up doing them from my knees halfway through the pain and burn and pump In your chest & arms is like no other. Body becomes so heavy. Sometimes cannot even get to 10. It’s a lot of push-ups. It’s sorta like pushing the sled with weight on it in between squat or deadlift sets when it comes to burn and fatigue! I dont miss them. lol
