I think i'm just gonna switch to ground daily and have 1 steak meal on the weekend and see how that goes.

@s.gentz how about we try adding a few probiotics? regular one 100billion and spore based probiotics and kefir or kimchi, I think its a digestive gut bacteria issueThe psyllium is from NOW and the enzyme is vitamin shoppe. I don’t take a probiotic.
I don’t have an issue with foods other than pork and steak. I can eat it but if I eat too much of it then my digestion gets bogged down. I’m pretty sure it the tougher nature of that type of meat. Could even be a chewing thing. Maybe I don’t break it down enough before swallowing.
Best I will be able to do is the Arsenal squat machine I think. Spinal loading is not my friend right now.Let's see some real squats
