I suggest you eat a couple small chunks of fresh pineapple with each red meat meal. Will help greatly with digestion.
It's not immediate digestion issues from the steak it's that it binds me up and messes with my bathroom consistancy. Pork does the same thing.
I think i'm just gonna switch to ground daily and have 1 steak meal on the weekend and see how that goes.

@s.gentz I have a client that goes to the bathroom right after steak, I thought he was kidding
seems he had inflammation, after 3 sessions with fasting, fixed it

My problem is if I eat too much steak or pork it binds me up for a few days. Makes eating a chore.
 
What does homemade hi protein ice cream do to your insides?
I’m fine with it. I think it’s just the dense texture or the steak and pork. Ground meats don’t bother me.

Yes, if it eat it too much my entire digestive system slows.
Not measuring water but prob about 3/4 gallon plus.

The psyllium is from NOW and the enzyme is vitamin shoppe. I don’t take a probiotic.
I don’t have an issue with foods other than pork and steak. I can eat it but if I eat too much of it then my digestion gets bogged down. I’m pretty sure it the tougher nature of that type of meat. Could even be a chewing thing. Maybe I don’t break it down enough before swallowing.

@s.gentz how about we try adding a few probiotics? regular one 100billion and spore based probiotics and kefir or kimchi, I think its a digestive gut bacteria issue

Best I will be able to do is the Arsenal squat machine I think. Spinal loading is not my friend right now.
 
Try some bone broth you'll get in some good protein that way you know help your stomach
