Sounds awesome!! I had a a chicken and a beef burrito with a ton of my wife’s chipotle chicken nachos and a bunch of chips and salsa.Mexican food is some of my favorite meals. Chile Relajno, enchiladas, tamale with rice and beans and cheddar drenched with 1/2 cup salsa on plate. Hard to beat that.

Felt great today. Everything moved well. Gonna stick with this. Recovery has been great even on a 6-day training split.

I wasn't sure if I would like this split. It's basically a hybrid upper/lower/PPL split. I'm hitting everything 2 times per week or more and recovery has been great. It feels like I can go harder more often. We will see how it plays out over the 6 weeks. Typically i can go 5 weeks then i need to deload on a build.
