Nice supplement list as others have said. How do you like using the collagen? Do you think it really makes a difference?
 
I think glucosamine is huge and it really helps the joints.

People should get ahead of things and not wait till problems happen first.

Some joint pain is gonna be okay, just don't overdo it.

Semi deload week

Messed up my fats today, all good will do better tomorrow. Semi deload was needed, would be better if E2 wasn't messed up, so we'll see later this week and adjust for the last 2 weeks of cycle.

Rest day

Right around 80-90 oz of water. Good mix of macros it felt like, slept ok last night. Got a blood draw today, we shall see what E2 is at.

rest day smooth as butter , high protein?

Interesting, certainly felt low lol.

Going to try splitting my 0.5mg MWF Adex dose into 0.25mg twice a day MWF see if that smooths out the suppression a little.

Protein was right around the goal, already struggling to get to 250 lol.

I could adjust my adex dose to be 0.25 every day, that'd increase my dose from 1.5mg per week to 1.75mg per week and still even things out.

i think you should keep arimidex dose until you drop to mid range bro @Likwid
 
Well I don't know that I'm going to get to mid range staying at my current dose of 0.5mg MWF, that's why I was thinking of switching to 0.25mg every day
i would stay on say dose for 1 week more bro @Likwid and next week switch to 0.25mgs M/W/F let your aromatase upregulate a bit

@Likwid have you thought about switching to n2guard. I know it’s expensive but it’s well worth the cost
