My digestion is normally fine. The only time I have issues is if I eat too much steak or pork. I think it's just the density of the meat. I'm just going to go back to not eating those things very much.Try some bone broth you'll get in some good protein that way you know help your stomach
I don't have allergy to red meat. I'm fine eating it once in a while but if I eat it for days in a row it slows my digestive system way down. It might just be that i can't break the meat fiber down that good. Same with pork.I was watching a utube of a pro a couple months ago and he had some rare condition he tested and found out with blood test or something. He has bad alergies.

I can eat ground beef for weeks on end and have no issue.

I don’t have bloods posted. I went for my annual checkup bloodwork about two months ago and it looked the best it’s looked in years aside from low iron/ferritin. Tried taking iron but it binds me up so I will have/will be adding in more red meat.
I’ve tried a couple different iron supps and I don’t get bad constipation but I def get uncomfortable enough to stop taking it.@s.gentz your last bloods can you share bro? blur out personal
