@Likwid i would still track bro even past 250gramsI haven't stopped just gotten busy.
I've essentially just stopped tracking for the day once I hit 250gm of protein and 80gm of fat. I've found this to be more sustainable short term while I grind the rest of the cycle out.
All lifts have gotten lighter so I've increased weights, tendons and shoulder are feeling good.
4 more weeks of grinding to go then deload.
its dangerous as you can gain fat not knowing
