Been getting up at 5am to try to beat the wife to the gym the last couple of mornings, why should she have all the fun and I have to deal with the kids before work every morning haha.
Jokes aside though, I've been able to go early because we have my mother in law staying with us to help as we're needing to take our daughter to her rehab program at the hospital 3 days a week. So we can basically get up and go and there's still an adult at home for when the kids wake up, it's awesome.
Anyway today was legs and it was high intensity barely any rest time between sets and a bit less volume than usual- 2 working sets instead of 3.

Looks like an awesome session there mate. 20 rep leg extensions are a killer. The weights that followed on the big exercises are impressive considering you started with them.
