Approved Log Testosterone and GH Health Phase Log

Tuesday March 3rd

Been getting up at 5am to try to beat the wife to the gym the last couple of mornings, why should she have all the fun and I have to deal with the kids before work every morning haha.
Jokes aside though, I've been able to go early because we have my mother in law staying with us to help as we're needing to take our daughter to her rehab program at the hospital 3 days a week. So we can basically get up and go and there's still an adult at home for when the kids wake up, it's awesome.

Anyway today was legs and it was high intensity barely any rest time between sets and a bit less volume than usual- 2 working sets instead of 3.

Sometimes I'll swap the shoulders out for biceps on back day so it's a pull workout and put the shoulders with chest and tris to make it a push day, just depends how I'm feeling.

Growth phase thinking April, bloods came back pretty healthy so I'm all set.

Yeah ideally 3 on, 1 off is what I'd like to do and will revert to that when the mother in law goes back home and we don't have the help at home. It'll probably be more like 3 on 1 off followed by 2 on 1 off, so 5 training days a week

It was leg day and I thought about changing it up to something a little less demanding considering lack of sleep and routine, then I told myself to stop being a pussy and just get it done.
Powered through it with thanks to @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep and also the knowledge that I was on the clock. No drop setting today and only 2 working sets of each exercise.

Love this brother! I say it alot but 100% isnt going to look the same everytime we're in the gym. The important part is we give 100% however that may be on the given day.

After much sitting around all day, managed to get out of hospital for a couple of hours whilst my dad visited and spent time with my daughter.
It was leg day and I thought about changing it up to something a little less demanding considering lack of sleep and routine, then I told myself to stop being a pussy and just get it done.
Powered through it with thanks to @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep and also the knowledge that I was on the clock. No drop setting today and only 2 working sets of each exercise.
