Happy hump day everyone. Hope we’ve had a killer week so far.

Not a heap to update. Check in with coach after bloods saw a slight increase in doses. 250mg test, 350mg primo. Also a slight increase in calories. 2908, 240 protein,337 carbs and 53 fat.

Pic attached of my favorite “cheat” meal at the moment, loaded fries. Surprisingly still goes very close to my usual macros.

Only a few small changes to note this week. Cycle changed slightly. Currently 250mg test, 450mg primo and 3iu HGH. Also using glow, mots-c.

Calories slightly increased. Macros are 3030 calories. 242 protein, 353 carbs and 57 fats.

Changed my training split. Currently training 6 days a week instead of 5. Main reason for this was making the sessions slightly shorter as I train before work.
Split is back, arms/hammys, quad focused legs, chest, back/shoulders, arms/hammys (main reason for two arms/hammy sessions is to try get growth there)

Slowly putting size on, currently 84.5kg. So up about 3.5kg front the lightest at the end of my cut. Still holding it very well. I’d say very minimal fat.

Pics attached. Been practising posing as much as I can. Struggling to make my lats pop from the front. Going to look at getting some sort of lessons.

No E2 issues with primo so high relative to test?

I hear you regarding changing from 5 days a week to 6. Makes sense hey. With cardio and stretching etc the best I can do is 1 hour 45 mins going 5 days a week.

I aromatise very heavily, at 250 test and 350 primo my e2 was 220. Haven’t had bloods on 450 primo yet but I’m feeling very good on this cycle

Had my first posing session today. Lots to learn. Also my posing fitness is horrible, but with practise that will get better. I’ve watched a couple of photos from today. The posing coach also thinks I need to work on my left lat and shoulder, very tight and doesn’t move the same as the right, possibly some physio and stretches to get it working.

Weight is up to 88kg this week, I suspect that will drop a little bit as it went up after quite a big off plan meal. Training has been solid, feeling really good this week.

Other than that everything has remained the same until next weeks check in with coach.

Hope everyone has a solid week 💪💪

with posing you just need to stretch and practice a lot :D @Mini Hulk work hard on the poses ED
 
I’ve been told to practice the basic poses a few times a week. I’ll have another posing session in a couple more weeks. First session was a lot to take in and remember 😂
do the basics to start at least 15min/day :D

Cycle is currently 250mg test, 200mg primo and 350mg mast. Hopefully I can keep pushing this cycle most of the year, only issue is short supply of oils in Australia at the moment.
Also currently on 6iu of HGH, glow, mots-c and .5mg Reta.

i think you are getting plenty of hardening effects here. might want to consider dumping mast or primo. i don't think using both together is good value @Mini Hulk

Happy Thursday gents, hope everyone has had a killer week. Not a heap to report here. But I hit 90kg today, slowly creeping up and holding a decent shape at the moment.

Only real change this week was a slight increase in masteron. Current cycle is 250 test, 200 primo, 400 masteron. Feeling really good on this cycle. Probably bloods in a few weeks to see how it’s all looking.

This week has been a little slow as I was feeling pretty average. Chest session today attached as ell as a selfie.

Happy Thursday gents, hope everyone has had a killer week. Not a heap to report here. But I hit 90kg today, slowly creeping up and holding a decent shape at the moment.

Only real change this week was a slight increase in masteron. Current cycle is 250 test, 200 primo, 400 masteron. Feeling really good on this cycle. Probably bloods in a few weeks to see how it’s all looking.

This week has been a little slow as I was feeling pretty average. Chest session today attached as ell as a selfie.

I don't know how 'mini' you are these days! How are you finding the Tren microdose? I loved it when I was on about 70mg a week - looking forward to upping the dose next time - had no sides apart from 'tren/beer goggles'

Hey mate. Yeah been some solid progress. Still heaps to go. Thanks for checking the log out

I aromatise very heavily. Still working on finding the right ratio. That’s why mast is fairly high compared to test. I’ve never ran over 250mg test yet, hopefully this push will be the one where we get it right

Try this brother ...the first time i tried Trt i got horrible breakouts so i stopped taking Test.

This time around its helped me breakouts.
I shower 3 times a day and use it on my body/face.

I forgot to take it with me when i when to japan for 2 weeks and i started to break out a bit again. Since then its slowly going away.
Side note my e2(69) is really high right now too so might be another reason for my mini break out.

Good morning everyone. Hope everyone had a nice Easter and enjoyed some time off. I certainly did. Still got all my sessions in over the long weekend and ate reasonably well. Wife’s birthday today so out for dinner tonight but will try be good.

Check in with coach over the weekend saw a new high in weight, 91kg and holding lean enough still. Everything has been kept the same. Really keen for pushing the cycle a bit further but while I’m progressing there’s no point.

LL37 went in last week. I’m using a protocol that someone wrote on the UGL forum.
100mcg twice a week for the first 2 weeks, 200mcg 3 times a week for the next 2 weeks then 300mcg 3 times a week for the next 3 weeks, then a break and assess results. Lots of people have used this protocol and got decent results.

I have another posing lesson this weekend, pretty keen to keep working on dialling this in. Been practising a few times a week and my posing fitness is getting a lot better too.

Update of physique below. For those who have been following along keen to hear your thoughts on how I’m progressing.
