Another good deadlift day. Training going well. Reduced deficit from. 3inches to 2 inches. But increased the weight 11lbs instead of 5.5lbs still 5x5. Still good speed. A bit slower I felt but I had my Rockstar to sip on. Wanted to do some hip thrusts but took my time between sets so I was super spent! I guess I’ll have to save them for another day. Gonna keep at 5x5 as long as I can with deadlifts. Mr posted some pics. Ok everyone. Have a good rest of weekend! 💪🌸

4.5 IU GH
1mg Semaglutide.

The plan is to add in Masteron P and either anavar or tbol. What are the pros and cons of each of the orals. Weight loss and strength gain is the important factor. Also trying to figure dosage of Masteron. I am thinking of lowering the NPP down to 20-25mg when we add in the Masteron. Thinking 25mg Masteron or even 35mg as she is looking to Win Nationals in the Open class against all the younger 25-35 year olds. She is looking at breaking all the wolrd records in each lift as well as total by 15% so it's not a small amount we have plans for. She is also trying to win overall lifter award for the meet which pays out $4000. So keep this in mind as we dont want to be conservative in dosage. We are willing to push the envelope a little.

Week 4 going into squats was nice to only do 7 rep sets! Mr RR misloaded bar 20 ish pounds heavier SS Bar weighs 65lbs!! lol. But we fixed it!. I get messed up with kg plates too! I did make a 10 lb jump this week! A7 knee sleeves love them! I think was a rep pr on SSB. But had to make up for loss of volume going from 10s to 7s so did pause squats lower weight too. was gonna be 3x3 but was too light so I did 5 rep sets. Got in my volume. So done! Upped weight on accessories too today. Overall great squat day! Have a good week y’all. Happy Lifting!💪🌸

This contest most likely be last time competing in the 60KG weight class. The world championships are in mid November just in time for a fall bulking cycle. Will move to the 67.5 kg weight class. She will most likely have to cut weight for that one as well. I wonder what PED she should use to bulk with and not put on much of any fat. Masteron 50mg per week with 15mg test and 17.5mg NPP? HGH dose is most likely going to be around 6 IU.

Did get PR today on shoulder press for sure 180lb increased 10lbs. Thats Been PR every week lately. I just didn’t realize it. lol. For sure DB biceps & Tricep ext up 10lbs PRs too! Did some Dumbell work today been awhile since I did DB biceps. Shocked myself 40lbs!! Also been quite some time since skull crushers. So was fun doing a little diff stuff. Gotta change it up sometimes wake up the muscles from the same ole! Happy lifting 💪🌸 as Mr RR would say let’s get strong AF!

Sister, I like this workout. It's very structured and very good. Nice strength training and hitting PRs. @RoidRageWife
 
@RoidRage69 she is doing fantastic for sure. The upper body is looking really strong and the back is looking extremely muscular.
Every week she keeps adding muscle and getting stronger. Amazing how much she has gained since last summer.

On a side note we have increased hgh to 5IU 5/2. 3IU morning 2IU evening.

Yea Im thinking I may not make weight at 60kg/132lb might have to do 67.5kg/148lb. Feeling a lot stronger! But this might be a harder diet than last time after this last bulk. I really want to do 60 now and then move up! Uhg.
 
Pretty soon she's going to have more muscle than you are. @RoidRage69 she's pushing things pretty good, maybe a little too much. I don't want to see her get hurt.

Geez it's crazy that you can hit 176 for is it 5 sets of 7? And then still do the same weight afterwards with wide and close grip!

Awesome lifts sis, keep on that grind. What do you like more deficit deadlifts or RDL's?
 
PED change starting tomorrow. Adding 40mg per week Masteron P and lowering NPP down to 20mg from 40mg. After two weeks will also add in 10-20mg Anavar daily. Time to shed off this water weight and cut the last bit of fat so we can get her down 15 lbs in the next 10 weeks.

lol 😊thx @Sheshredz! Im very human sister. I feel the pain. Just many years of lifting gain a lot of dense muscle tissue. I honestly feel better if I’m lifting. I’ve gone a year or 2 outta the gym. There’s for real muscle memory. I Feel so much better being consistent lifting. 💪🌸

I need to learn not to be offended by people thinking Im a body builder because it’s usually a compliment. Hard for me to accept compliments. But Im constantly Saying “No I’m a powerlifter” maybe my sport will gain some notoriety one day in the main stream. 💪🌸🙏🏻

Happy Friday the 13th again ! Went up scheduled 11lbs this week on both safety Bar and pause squats. Happy with training today.
I forgot to bring my stiff knee sleeves my A7s. Damn it. Wanted to try 15-20lb jump. I only had my SBD sleeves. It was hard but proved to myself that I didn’t need the super extra support to get out 5 sets of 7!!! Damn if it wasn’t a lot of work though. I also got pause squats just 3x3 on straight bar not the Duffalo bar. Another gal was squatting with it. So I just did straight. Was fine. Was quite proud of myself today for not getting in my head cuz I didn't have my sleeves. Just got shit done. Clearly the strength is there!! Though I might have been cutting a little high on my squat depth. Have a good weekend.will bench tomorrow!! 💪🌸

Im excited as hell to be able to coach her and go up against the strongest American lifters in the open class at Nationals in May. Going to be a good battle. She might be going up against one of the strongest lifters ever in the 60kg class. Stefi Cohen is her name. Not sure if she is training for it or not. She is like 32 years old now making a comeback. She has been sponsored by Animal for years.

Well aware of Stef Cohen brother, she is a beast. That would be awesome to watch.

No sides at all. I figured she would have numb hands but none. Will stay at 5IU until 1 week out from comp and then drop entirely in order to make weight. Will then go back on at 3iu per day about a week after the comp so about 2 weeks total off.

I see plenty of people on here running a lot of growth hormone without side effects. I think it's very individualized. And if something does happen, she can also take a break from it, like you said. @RoidRage69

I see a few articles stating that women are able to take more hgh than men. I bet it has to do with estrogen levels.
