Depends obviously the day after will give the highest reading will slowly drop every day till your next pin hence why pinning more often is better to keep your levels stable but who wants to pin everyday

Mast or proviron won't act as an ai so I definitely wouldn't rely on them as a sole source for that. If by EP you mean EQ the. Yes it can definitely assist but the bottom line is if your e2 jumps hard an ai is what your gonna need wether you want to use one or not. Regular bloods will tell legend, all the best with your cycle
