Monday Check in:
Bit blurrier and blockier now as the bulk goes on but still holding between 86-87kg. Relatively happy composition wise with growth in some areas. Stomach issues fixed. Could be travelling, inflammation, a dodgy meal in an Asian country who knows. Appetite is back though and feeling 100% again

@CypherOCE. Great to catch up again and get some training in. Was all progressed movement wise but more of a social session. Have a reasonable base now but will keep gaining until composition it gone totally outta whack
