Fairly happy overall. Making some nice steady progress. Been sides free and feeling great personally. Progressing slowly coming along while maintaining conditioning. Weights up every session. Just need some more size and we are golden but it’s a long game

Big upper today. Progressed every movement weights absolutely flying up. Body feels good no niggles or pains. Strongest I’ve been in my life and probably happiest I’ve been physique wise being honest. Have a big year ahead big on the right path 100%. Bodyweight steadily raising. 90 is a big goal for me and I’m within touching distance only a few kilos to go.

It is indeed.

I like what you're doing here and I like that your body feels no problems.

That's great man. Feeling good and also recovering properly is important.

It helps that you're getting a solid amount of sleep.

Much respect for your progress. You're doing an amazing job. Keep it up.

Nice work on this, man.

Glad you feel so strong. That's a good signal.

Looks like you had a great weekend. Weights are improving, but don't get too strong too fast. You don't want to end up injured.

Training:
Modified Lower with some back:

Standing Calf: 147x9, x9, x9 Rep match
Leg Extension: 57.5x11, x10, x9
1/2 Kneeling Ham: 20x1, x9, 15x13

Great day again today. Some extra back thrown in with basic legs. Recovery should be 3-4 weeks away. Being cautious rdl and movement wise doing my rehab work and getting some more range and stability. Happy overall so far with progress. Body weight climbing nicely and everything on track for next year. Should have a massive crack at novice

Update:

Currently in Thailand enjoying some good food and taking a bit of a back seat training and nutrition wise. Still hitting gym while over but it’s fairly minimal sessions and just taking the time to be present. Will throw in an update next time I train and any cool gym setups I come across
Pictures please, we need Thai pics :D @BigCheese2000

Fasted Weight: 88.1kg

Been training fairly regularly on schedule. Been nice getting a bit of a break away from training and gear that. With working in a gym and being in and around that kinda of environment 12-13 hours a day the burnout can happen sometimes. Weight wise i have just eaten as I’ve pleased. Have got all my gear sorted through pharmacies here. Have another week left really keen on hitting 90kg end of holidays

The alpha pharma in Thailand is mostly underdosed and many times almost blank, keep this in mind when buying there. They put enough to test positive for testosterone for example but not actually enough to make it a real dose. @BigCheese2000

Wow... looks like you will be shooting 10ml a week @BigCheese2000 🤣🤣 atleast it's over the counter.
Out of curiosity, how much AUD was it for a bottle?

Run me 70! Not as cheap as I thought😂ran it through the authentication and checked out though so fingers crossed
Jesus... thought you might have said like $30 🤣🤣🤣 atleast it's better than nothing hey!

They did have primo!😂 it’s legit just an old lady whips out a massive booklet packed with stock😂 kits seem to be around 8000 baht which is roughly 370 dollars, but you can haggle them down a bit I got my mast cheaper than advertised
Sounds like bartering with @ODINLABS for bulk deals 🤣🤣

Update:

Hope all is well fellas just giving a post holiday update. Got in for some leg accessories. Adductor injury I would say is 90% of the way there. Will do some light loading in the next 1-2 weeks. Was nice to get a break. Aim for the 2 weeks was to spend some time with the loved one and just get a break from training and everything related to gym. Did keep up with my test injections with stuff I had over there from the pharmacy and trained a bit just more when I felt like it and what I wanted to do. Stomach has been a tad bit up and down but gonna put that down to irregular eating and routine. Have a check in with the coach tomo will pop that up. No foreign trips for another year so looking forward to putting the head down and working hard to my goals.

Having some post travel stomach issues so meals have been light and easy to digest. To be expected with a lot of change and inconsistent diet. Just giving myself a few days leeway to let everything normalise. Still in the 88s this morning.

@BigCheese2000 always a good idea to pack activated charcoal when you travel. take 1 or 2 caps and you will feel better

@BigCheese2000 Sorry about your stomach issues, you really got to look into what's going on there. Maybe start taking some enzymes and eliminating things. That's bothering you.

Training:
Upper 1:

Life Pec Dec: 82x10, x10, rep match
High Inc Smith: 30x9, 20x14
Hammer Dip: 52:5x7, 35x10

Rope Pullover: 30x10, x10
Tri Ext: 25x8, 20x12, x12
Bi Curl: 15x8, x8, x8

Savage leg day today. Hip extension 100% fine even with extremely heavy weight relative to me. Pulling from the floor back in rotation and feeling fantastic. No lower back niggles. I’m quite cautious with anything involving a squat pattern as I want to keep the adductor healthy and make sure healing is 100%. Glad with a bit of a movement rotation. Keeps training fresh and progressing multiple pathways. Hope all your evenings are well gents👌🙏🏻

You could cut that in half if you squatted

@BigCheese2000 Nice job on this training session, you're hitting your lower body, like an absolute champion. Blood pressure looks great and you're in great shape. That's the way it's done.

Yesterday 15/5/25

Fasted Weight: 89.2
Sleep: 7:48
Bp: 120/67
BG: 4.3

Training:
Upper 2:

BB Bench: 90x6, 70x13
BB Row: 95x7, 75x12
Super incline: 45x9, 33.75x12
Rope Pullover: 31x9, x8, 24x12 rest pause
Chest Supported Y-Raise: 10x9, x9, x8
Cable Shrug: 14x9, x8, x8
DB Curl: 15x10, x9, 10x16 drop set
Pannata Super French Press: 15x11, x11, x7

Pretty much rinsed the same movements the last few months so nice to get a change up and alternate bits around. Hadn’t done a barbell bench in maybe 2-3 years. Stability not the greatest but imagine that will improve over the course and the specially going over the hundred. Otherwise pleased numbers wise. Looking forward to getting the big basic movements up over the next 5-6 months worth of blocks. Novelty is a good stimulus itself.

@BigCheese2000 you need to start changing your chest day, open up with push ups to max and go from there.

Overall programming slightly changed due to work considerations. Just switched my upper 1 and 2. Stuck at the bench weight to lock in tempo and nail the weight, will increase next session. Really enjoying those big barbell movements. Progressed all lifts and absolutely delighted with it. Check in shots below. 20 weeks with the coach, 5.6kg up and overall fairly happy with progress. Plenty more to come. Have a good evening gents

Very nice, man. These are some good workouts you're putting together. I definitely like the volume that you're doing. That's just the perfect amount, I think.
