Monday January 5th

Still sitting at 80kg, 4 or 5kg down from cycle weight.
Been on 125mg test since September, will be getting bloods later in the week and starting to think about bringing in another compound or just bumping the test up.
The peptides I'm running from @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep have me feeling great, seem to have endless energy since starting this stack and motivation is very high. In a good spot physically and mentally at the moment so might just stick to 125mg, decisions decisions.

Free bird with any direction you choose to head brother. Awesome and perfect physique for any choice.

If you feel like pushing up in weight you know the drill. Push things up slowly and if you feel your getting to soft or losing to much detail bring it back a touch, clean up and go again. Rinse and repeat.

Your not allowed to get any better cosmetically though your already ahead of the game here hahahaha. Happy new year King 👊🔥

Haven't been documenting nutrition on here but @LH5515 asked to see what a typical day looks like so here was today. Keep in mind I'm currently on holidays so bit more time in the morning to have a decent breakfast with the kids compared to usually fasting until mid morning at work.

6am: 40 minute walk

7am: 4 eggs on one slice gluten free toast, spinach, half avocado

11am: 200g chicken, 1 cup rice, handful of walnuts

1pm: (preworkout) 4 rice cakes with 185g tuna in olive oil, one banana.

2pm: train

4.30pm: 200g Turkey mince, 1 cup rice, 1 cup green vegetables

7.30pm: 2 eggs, 2 bananas, scoop of WPI all blended and cooked on pan to make a big pancake

9pm: handful of walnuts

Thanks brother I really appreciate that man. I've never really seen myself as a bodybuilder as I feel I haven't lived the dedicated lifestyle you need. I just love training and looking somewhat decent as a by-product of the training

Today was leg day and had a mishap on the hack squat. I was about 4 reps into my final working set and felt a sudden sharp pain under my right adductor as I was coming out of the hole. Don't think I've torn anything maybe just a slight strain. One of those annoying one's where I'll have to avoid squatting or leg pressing for a little while.
Anyway, we keep going.

As I was coming back up from the bottom, felt a sharp pain and shit it hurt. Seems to have settled down a bit now having just woken up, but I reckon I'll need to not squat or leg press for a couple.of weeks

you need to deload legs a few weeks, can you use a massage gun and infrared lamp on the site? @Eveflorence

The adductor tweak I did on Monday is being stubborn. Trained back today and during bent over rows it gave me grief so quickly ditched that exercise. Will just do machine work and take as much strain off the lower body as possible. Still a great workout powered by @Raptor Labs and still feeling amazingly well.

I've had two doses of @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep GLOW and feel a genuine difference in the adductor already. Range of motion has improved significantly and I'm no longer walking around like an 80 year old.
Will test the legs later in the week but for today, back and biceps.
