Sorry I didn’t get this posted Monday. Was a decent Bench Day for week 1. Gotta build the volume up. Was tuff! Next week should feel better. My legs sure got sore after squats. Knees still feel great. Did y’all see top I warm up with pull-ups and push-ups lately on bench day. Managed a PR on week one of training lol 14 🎉pull-ups my best was 11! So that’s exciting! Till next time 💪🌸

Nice work on the bench as well. 150 is good weight at that volume!

I saw the workout before the photos and read the barbell curls and was thinking holy shit that a strong lift more than most the men in my gym. Then saw the photos and it tracks! Looking great !

Late getting posts up lately. Been busy. So week 2. Increased my squats only about 4lbs I switched to the safety squat bar again which is 65lb bar so I originally loaded kilo plates to 246lb which is 9lbs more than last week. I got 10 reps but I could barely Breathe got a bit dizzy. Dropped it down a notch to 241 got 3 sets 10 last one only got 9 reps. So got 5 sets which is better than last week. This bar balances the weight very differently on the back which prob is part of the issue but it’s better for the shoulders over the long haul. Im working on strengthening low back & core too so ssb does some of that too! Cut out leg press and ham curls had an appt to get to. Overall exhausting day!! At least I stayed standing up. Posting bench next 💪🌸

Although I dont know how to edit out my face in a video either. Lately they all been face shot vids. Not fan of these long ass pages either takes forever to get to the bottom of the page. Feels way too long. Wonder what’s the thought behind this?

A7 Rigamortis knee sleeves

I'm currently using my Inzer straps vs my crazy strong F8's. We know these things help for sure
My A7s way way more support than my SBDs the Rigs are like wearing knee wraps. I wobble around like I got splints on. My feet don’t go numb so I’m good. Give me at least an extra 20-30lbs I guess.

Today went in for training feeling ok. Good warm up. Started warm up deads feeling just Meh…sniffed some torque tried to shake it off. Did my scheduled 5.5lbs increase 319lbs x5 felt alright! Gym owner was giving me some shout outs, when I was done he said you didn’t need torque put some weight on the bar! lol. Looks aren’t always what they seem. lol. Rest of the session was better! Good speed. RDLs went up again another PR 🎉 I think doing deficits is working cuz RDLs so much easier. Upped my Bentover barbell rows too 11lbs from 220 to 231. I was didnt by time shrugs hit and we added in hip thrusts. I don’t fit in the machine one too short to u rack it. Belt hurt like crap. So did barbell. I was tired. Couldn’t do as much as i felt I should have. That’s ok. I think safecyl say PEDs are firing on all cylinders. Or very close. Gonna up wt on deads 11lbs next week as we’re lowering deficit block to 2”. Happy lifting everybody. Mr RR is fine. He’s doing most what I do only thing im still doing heavier is bench press. Hes good kicking my ass coaching. 💪🌸

I would expect the weight to stop going up now sk ce it's almost always a fast shot up on weight the first few weeks of starting a cycle. Your arms and delts sure shown a big size increase.

Bumped up her hgh to 4.5 iu daily. 3iu morning 1.5 iu pre bed. Will increase again to 5 iu next week keeping 3iu morning. Not going to leave anything on the table for this competition. It's an opportunity for her to gain a huge following on social media. We see tons of influencers that don't have half the talent as her with hundreds of thousands of followers. I believe she is going to be known all around the world in the strength community after this contest is over. I expect a few big sponsoring contracts from major companies as well.

But had to make up for loss of volume going from 10s to 7s so did pause squats lower weight too. was gonna be 3x3 but was too light so I did 5 rep sets. Got in my volume. So done! That's not an easy training session at all. I can tell you really enjoy weight training. The pause squats and then following that up with leg press, leg extension, leg curls, and hyper extensions is something beautiful. @RoidRageWife

Which I think is a point if a log to track strength & gains. Many don't they keep it secret for some reason. Idk why? Just post reps and sets. Food. Food pics…. I think you can post videos but they have to be super short. I think it uses up too much bandwidth or something.

I've asked. They wont be using what we use cos they don't train for that specifically. However, as per your own physique, heavy weight = muscle. It makes zero sense to argue against it but use every other metric there is.

It's just a tool. And you simply cannot do 1000 reps with a 5lb dumbbell (eg loads of 'volume') and end up as the Mr O. At best BB's can argue more TUT works over volume. And most here do too much (I've seen 22 sets just for biceps). The range of what works is narrow. 8-22 reps x 3- 4 sets is useful for 80% of gym goes cos science has proved it
