Think we’re gonna start up the Semaglutide. The IGF-1 winding down. Mr.RR is 4 weeks out from surgery so he past the acute phase of need calories. I want to get a jump on this weight loss before my training poundage gets too heavy. Gotta be careful training in a calorie deficit too. Had my neckinjection this morning my Dr. was wowzing over my trap and back muscles lol. Hope in next 7 days will see reduction in finger tingling and pain. Have a great week of lifting!

thankful to have decent health allows me to continue. Good training partner & coach RR. No didn’t need a longer needle lol.
She said it was 3 inches plenty long to get to my C-7 epidural space in the spine so it gets the nerve and then the medicine is carried up the spinal column to get the cortisone to travel and treat the whole cervical area. My arms were slightly numbed elbows down a bit tingly for several minutes from the lidocaine . That was weird. All normal. Getting up from a hard as X-ray table after laying on my stomach was what hurt the most tho lol. My low back sore after deficit deadlifts Sunday. I do have some bad actors in my lumbar spine too. Nerves there get nervy at times too. Alls well. Keep grinding!

Had fun today!!Warmed up on eliptical stretched did some band exercises planks. Got my new A-7 Riga-mortis knee sleeves in the XL size yesterday! Mr got me Large sleeves Christmas present but they're too tight right now. I got them bitches on man there’s a learning curve to getting them on. Can barely walk with them on. They're super tight hourglass shape. But my knees felt so good and supported only did 275lb pause squats but I didn’t have to think about it going down. They spring you back up out of the hole. So when pausing it’s like you have to push diwn to floor hard to pause. lol.
Body weight down started Semaglutide last Wednesday. Done with IGF-1. HGH 2.5iu Test Sus 10-12mg weekly hard to measure out tiny amount.
This week have been losing a bit of weight. I could do sets of 5s on pause squats but did heavy leg press. Swapped out my knee sleeves after squats. Needed help getting them new ones off!!! At least my ties didn't go numb. Was pretty freaking uncomfortable tight. Close to knee wrap tight esp on my thighs above the knee. Omg!but was a really good day of lifting!

Thx bro! Miracle! Thats what I said. lol. He's progressing fast with Physical Therapy. Did super light stuff yesterday and his right shoulder sore somehow! Idk what’s going on there. They said he be able to do some wts on week 7-8 vs 14-16wk. So goDropping weight AND hitting PBs would be some kind of miracle. Still kicking ass. How's Mr RR?

Light accessories yesterday. Sick with a cold/congestion in my head on day 4 now! Still managed to walk for 15minutes. Didn't go in for squats today! Still feeling shitty!So will squat on Thursday. Looking forward to trying to break in my new A7 Riga-mortis knee sleeves again! Had a helluva time getting them off last week. Omg!! But still like the stability! Mr RR had Physical Therapy today. He’s advancing pretty fast lifting a little bit more. At end of the week shes gonna have him add in some light chest fly stuff & shrugs. Working on the smaller muscles supporting muscle still. I take the same approach - I don’t waste too much energy getting to my top set after I’m warmed up via other exercises. I just do a light set to get form/ technique idealAlways. I do some stretching and other movements. Then I do my first exercise is compound movement I warm up to my working sets, then rest of my lifts Im warm already. Don’t waste time doing light sets go straight to working sets usually.

Road to Nationals.
Hey everybody! Today is day 1 of strength & cut cycle for Nationals. Totally stoked!! Today was a would be Squat Day. I got in to see Sports Medicine today to look at my knees. Got the start of mild arthritis all normal wear and tear. But it hurts squatting down bodyweight just to reach a can in the back of a lower cabinet in kitchen and going down steps. It doesnt seem to let up really. So need to be top shape for training.
He gave me 3 options! 1) Standard steroid/kenalog injection into knees help with inflammation thus hopefully pain will get better with squatting can last up to who knows depends on person hope 3-4 months anyhow not good for chronic use. 2) Hyaluronic Acid which is a lubricant for the joint can last around 6 months. You can get this as often as needed not harmful :said costs about $450 would cover both knees. But insurance may or may not cover it. We’re asking. 3) Lastly is PRP (platelet rich plasma) which is not covered by any insurance! It can last year or longer it helps collagen and tissue regeneration many athletes are using this it’s about 70% success rate. But no guarantees. But it may alllow for a reset in some cases with the new growth. Costs around $950. Dont have $950!
I went ahead with steroid injections bilaterally. So pray it helps. If insurance covers it I may get the HA lubricant.
Had to take couple days off the knees. All good!

Agreed. When I took HarleyGirl off Sema and switched her to Reta she complained of appetite and food noise coming back so now I splash in some Sema with her Reta to give her the best of both worlds. Sema for sure is GOAT for appetite suppression working fast and being it's main highlight amongst the three.Thx @HarleyGuy Semaglutide does a few things. It does increase metabolism some, lowers blood sugars. food noise goes away for sure. So it really helps the diet. I focus on protein and cycle carbs around around training sessions. Squats were quite a challenge was scheduled to do 5 sets of 10. Got 4 sets only made 9 on last set had to stop was gonna pass out. Went on to leg press nausea set it in. Then a headache. Low sugar along with bit of exhaustion. Was a challenge to finish. Im sure week 2 will be a little easier with the volume. Npp will kick in some.
Knees feel really good! Used my regular SBD knee sleeves. They did not hurt during my training like they have been. Steroid injection doing its job. I am starting to feel that good sore in glutes quads today. So I know Im gaining already. Losing weight too. Looking leaner in mirror. Vascularity looks to be increasing already too. Will have to see how much water weight gain with the npp. With Adequate food and rest should be on my way. Happy Lifting everybody!![]()

Knees feel really good! Used my regular SBD knee sleeves. They did not hurt during my training like they have been. Steroid injection doing its job. I am starting to feel that good sore in glutes quads today. So I know Im gaining already. Losing weight too. Looking leaner in mirror. Vascularity looks to be increasing already too. Will have to see how much water weight gain with the npp. With Adequate food and rest should be on my way. Happy Lifting everybody!![]()
Thx. I think I was not used to the volume and Im starting out this cycle with a higher weigh on my back too. So prob should have expected it. I often happens in squat days and deadlift days. I do have Gatorade powder BCAA electrolytes in my water bottle usu am sipping in a monster or rockstar energy drink. Just for extra glucose and taurine but if stimulant. I always gave fruity mentos in my gym bag too. So gotta work on endurance more. Increase Cardio some. Haven’t been very good on cardio.Super log update. Now that's something I haven't heard before haha, you masochist I love it.Pull ups I might like better than doing Pulldowns.
Probably a bit of both but likely you're getting stronger of course.Copenhagen side planks are much better now on my knees since knee injections. Or maybe theyre just getting stronger.
