Haha. Idk about all that. But was a fun description!! I moved my necklace sideways cuz during overhead press if I touch my chest bar hit my pendant and it hurt plus didn't want to break it.😂 💪

No sides at all. I figured she would have numb hands but none. Will stay at 5IU until 1 week out from comp and then drop entirely in order to make weight. Will then go back on at 3iu per day about a week after the comp so about 2 weeks total off.
Def want to try make weight. Seems to be ok @Mobster.

Saw some of the ladies in my fan club I call it. lol. At the other gym had not seen in weeks - months! that was cute. Tried out overhead presses too first time in years! The other Hammer was being used. Mr I see posted pics. I actually see myself in mirror at the box gym and it sorta stuns myself. Not used to mirrors at powerlifting gym except the one bathroom! So still struggling with weight. 132lbs goal. I think water with increase Gh& creatine 10grams. I think going from 5 to 10 my weight did jump. Even semaglutide a little higher than last time too. I hope to get there still. Aches pains minimal. Happy lifting hearing in for squats today. 💪🌸

She is going to have to dehydrate in order to make weight. She has 16 lbs to lose before comp.
Yikes that is a ton of weight. It's going to be a heck of an experience. I guess it's an even playing field since everyone else will be doing the same thing.

No it's a compliment. I'm just saying that my daughter is strong as hell; she got her daddy's genetics
when she was a kid she used to help me out back chopping wood and she'd chop up all the wood before I could even turn around. I used to call her Paul Bunyan.

Thinking about changing her test from Cyp to prop. Prop should cause less water retention?
It should. In my experience I always held the most water on less frequent injections of longer esters. I think if you did ED Prop microdosing of 2mg you'd keep e2 conversion to a minimum and with Props fast clearance rate water retention should be kept to a minimum.

We’re doing 5mg 3 x week with it.
 
She did 55lbs db's on shoulder press for & reps. First time she's tried these in years. She said she could go heavier and do more reps afterwards.

Did a good warm up stretching, rolled, elliptical, bands leg extensions & planks worked up to my heavy sets felt ok! Went up 11lbs. Just got heavy was very slow. Tried lowering the deficit block from. 2” to 1.5” 2nd set felt better still only 4 was scheduled for 5s. 3rd set just 3. Decided should deload finally coach RR bade executive decision. All good. Been 8 weeks straight. So best do what coach says. Happy lifting 💪🌸

thats hard to do if you just use the ball, but huge tri pumps from it :D @~Vision~ need some Euro pharma Anadrol to push up the pump with the tri day like this :D (shameless promo i know :P)

those are some of my favorites as well. finger tip pressure is a good tip to push things nicely

Thinking about possibility of ending the NPP altogether and adding in tbol for final 5 weeks. Anavar at 15mg and tbol at 15mg daily? Maybe even dropping anavar at 10mg and tbol at 20mg.

At this point she has more muscle than her frame can handle at 132 lb weigh in. It's all about making weight and hitting the heavy singles and doubles at this pint. Each week is going to be more difficult and the only thing I can do is to add more to her cycle. Superdrol on Squat a d deadlift day is not out of the question. Alot of females high up in powerlifting use it during their peak.

12.5 is a good low dose. I dont think honestly 1:1 superdrol anadrol exists, but its better long term for female gains less sides @RoidRage69

Anadrol for Women​


Anadrol has dozens of studies backing it up as a safe compound for women to take, with liver toxicity being a greater concern than virilization.

Standard dosing of anadrol for women with muscle wasting diseases starts at 1mg/kg/day (50mg/day for a tiny 50kg/110lb woman,) and tops out at 3mg/kg/day (150mg/day for the same woman.)

This study shows 100mg-150mg per day used in patients (including women) with HIV-1. Virilization did not occur in any patients.

All patients tolerated the drug(s) well. Potential side-effects of treatment were increased fatigue (n 2) and impotence (n 1). Peripheral oedema, deep venous thrombosis, hypertension, increased libido or signs of virilization were not observed.
Bill Roberts is also a big proponent of anadrol for women.

It may seem surprising but IMO Anadrol (oxymetholone) is a good choice for women who wish to be conservative yet have very effective results.
I don’t specialize in cycles for women and don’t choose to involve myself with it — it almost only happens when the wife of someone I’m working with wants to use some anabolic steroids as well — but I haven’t seen 25 mg/day in divided doses go wrong yet.
Medically, you’d be astonished at the doses women and even girls have taken with very low virilization rates. So anyway, contrary to what intuition might suggest, Anadrol is not one of the riskier choices for women.
That aside, 15 mg/day of Anavar (oxandrolone) will be virilizing in quite a few cases. Probably about 5 mg/day of oxandrolone is comparable to 25 mg/day Anadrol (divided doses) for risk.
It may also be important to note that anadrol has among the lowest binding affinities of any well-known steroid not only to the androgen receptor, but also to SHBG. While the low affinity to the AR may or may not be a reason why virilization rates are low with anadrol, a major factor in virilization from AAS comes from their ability to bind to SHBG. Binding strongly to SHBG leaves more of a woman's natural testosterone (women do not stop producing testosterone in the presence of exogenous androgens) unbound and more active in her body. This is likely a major reason why winstrol (known for binding strongly to SHBG), while great on paper, isn't so female friendly in practice.

Some steroids which lacked affinity for the AR were also unable to bind significantly to SHBG, e.g. fluoxymesterolone, oxymetholone, and ethylestrenol.
Finally, anadrol slows estrogen metabolism. Anadrol interacts with, but is not metabolized by Cytochrome P450 enzymes, which are involved in the 2-hydroxylation process (metabolism of estrogens.) This effectively puts a damper on estrogen metabolism. This inhibition of estrogen metabolism causes an increase in estrogen levels in men and women, despite anadrol not actually aromatizing. Virilization is not just a result of high androgen levels, it is also a result of a high androgen:estrogen ratio in females. By raising estrogen levels, anadrol keeps this ratio less skewed than other steroids would.

Despite anadrol having an unwarranted reputation as a scary and dangerous steroid, anadrol is clinically documented as one of the safest steroids a woman can use. I would highly recommend any woman with prior AAS experience who is seeking to increase her mass and strength to give anadrol a try. Safe dosing starts at 12.5mg/day, increasing to 25mg/day if well tolerated. Above 25mg/day can be done, but most women will find the side effects too uncomfortable to deal with, and virilization does start to become a concern.

Edit: Updated the conclusion to recommended anadrol to those with prior AAS experience. Virilization aside, anadrol still carries a higher side effect profile (acne, blood pressure, water retention, mood swings) than anavar, and shouldn't be your first step into the world of AAS.

How did you get so good when it comes to weight training like this? @RoidRageWife you seem to structure your training very competitively. Just wondering if you had a person that was coaching you?
Only ever trained with Mr. RR & Only had Powerlifting coach a couple of years 2016-18 in my 40s Hes pretty well known in PL community. Pretty strict old school ish. And did equipped PL. Learned from that. Learned about tapering and more specific strength training I guess. But primarily ourselves. Mr. RR leads me!!! We train the same style. Hes super knowledgeable just from reasearch. Already had a base of strength by working just the 2 of us for years. 💪🌸
 
Im willing to try this route if it can not only asst strength but also remedy water weight. As RR said rabbit out of the hat here I need to make weight and I’ll have lose muscle to do it! As long as my joints can handle it! Got the var on board. So we’re doing a bit of changing up already. 💪🌸

Was decent day. Got my 5.5lb increase on comp bench for 5x5 able to pause some reps.
Backed off wt a little bit on wide & close grip. Did get more reps on them tho so there.

you might have to cut way more if you want to make weight, but there will be muscle loss sister its natural when you cutting down for a competition @RoidRageWife I think you can be world #1 in powerlifting thanks for @RoidRage69 :D

Was going Great! On my last set of 3s!! Felt a pop on on left upper hamstring, glute. Didnt hear it felt it. So I stopped! Not a lot of pain at the time of but got tight it is tender I got a limp. I can best weight go up down stairs. I hit ice. Heat made it to my primary care doc.today with in hours Hes trying to pull strings Yo hrt me into a sports med Doc get ultrasound diagnostics done asap hopefully Monday!! Im praying he can pull some strings see severity. So we’re going to prob need more tb 500 and bpc 157 for direct injection in hamstring @~Vision~ @PSL @Phill
Im 6 weeks out Im pretty bummed! But optimistic. 💪🌸
