Was decent day. Got my 5.5lb increase on comp bench for 5x5 able to pause some reps.
Backed off wt a little bit on wide & close grip. Did get more reps on them tho so there.
No PRs today sorry to disappoint. lol. Haven’t had a deload so gotta give somewhere right ???
