Sorry for the long time between updates.
I'll be on a deload week this week coming off the back of being deathly sick and having some stuff come up.
Meals are a little hit or miss for these next few days. But yesterday being a super busy day still managed 150g or more of protein and probably 2.5k cals ?

Weights down a little due to poor eating for the last few days but I've had some stuff happen nothing bad.
