Swapped up my training plan so got some different exercises in.
Ended up training legs yesterday.
Warmup stuff
hip extended leg extensions.
Sitting far forward to focus on knee flexors.
60kg x 17
Rep for 20 seconds then amrap x2
11 and 9 for theses sets.

Hack squats.
60kg x 11
60 x 9

Quad bias leg press
120x15
30 second rest
120x12
30 sec rest
120 x 9

Leg extensions
60x 12
60x9

Hip abductors

80g rice flour.

20g dark chocolate
200g berries

Second is just extra lean beef with salt reduced taco mix and corn with rice.

Have to meet you to agree you are a cool guy. But your legs are bigguy. Bigguy77711.
Has your cycle changed from when you started. I would consider that cycle to be someone bulking. But your meal sizes suggest you are cutting.
Looks like you are a better than most cook if you do it yourself. I'm sure you could make chicken beans and rice look irristable and quality.

As a new guy here who is without a rep or lab I would appreciate some banter on why this choice in peds and how your particular needs are being filled by your rep/lab. Us new guys want to know what to expect if we contact the lab/rep/vendor. Will I get as huge as you?
