First cycle tips

Hi all. I am looking for some advice on a first cycle and would greatly appreciate some input.

I am 31 and have been lifting for a year. Prior to that I focused on long distance running (marathons) which I did for 12 years. So while lifting is new, pushing my body physically and proper dieting is not.

I am in the gym 5 days a week and if I am feeling well recovered add a 6th but I tend to focus on proper recovery so the extra day is optional.

I am 6’3 and pre-lifting weighed 133lb (60kg). I am now 163lb (74kg) so have made some good gains but still look lanky. Nevertheless, putting on weight is unbelievable difficult so it’s been nice and surprising to see the scale go up.

I’ve been on trt for 6 months and feel great. I do 120mg of test c and 600mg of HCG. My latest bloods put free test at 1100, total at 44 and estradiol at 66.

I am also taking 20mg of mk677 a day and 300mcg of Bp157.

I’m thinking of upping the test c to 400 and then combining with something like primo or mast. Given my already high estradiol I would also run an AI like arimidex at 1mg and increase as necessary.

I’ve heard that Elitebody.ca is a decent source in Canada because it sells PÜR pharma. Is this the case?

Also a question which I suspect I know the answer to. I have 3-4 wines a week. On a cycle am I correct to assume that all alcohol should be avoided so that the liver is better protected?

I've read your post, but its hard to know what you should do without knowing more about you. We are poor at guessing and its bad for your health if we guess, would you agree? to really help you we need to know more about you, how? very easy actually, start a NEW thread with your TRT log journal, add diet training supps and history and we can guide you to a FULL cycle blast as an EVO family, takes you 15min to do.

@canadalifts i do find it interesting how people are obsessing so much about estrogen. Are in the old days. Everyone was worried about high estrogen. Now, people are worried about low estrogen. I can assure you that low estrogen is way better than high estrogen. i'm not saying its a great thing but keeping estrogen balanced is the key.

Alcohol does many damaging things in your body. First off, since it's fermented, it's going to be very difficult and stressful for yourself to digest it. Another thing that it does, is it really stresses out your organs. So it's not a good idea on or off cycle.

When it comes to alcohol it's your choice. I like balance in my life so I may have a drink here and there on weekends. To each their own. I control my lifestyle I dont let my lifestyle control me.

Keep the cycle simple
Pause the hcg
Testosterone 250mg to 300mg a wk
Masteron 200mg a wk
Anastrozole .25mg Monday and thrusday

Start hcg after you finish the Masteron

You can also add ghrp-6, which will increase your appetite. Mk-677 stacks nicely with ghrp-6

I was a little surprised that I got it prescribed because I know it is young to be taking it. My levels were quite low given my age. Prior to trt my total lest was 10 and free test level was 148
Well that's why.

I'd still have you hold off going on cycle after just a year lifting

your alcohol consumption contributed to your low test levels. and it does other things in your body. i think you know the answer to this

@canadalifts if you want to blow out your liver and kidney's. and have less energy and slower recovery. then go ahead and drink. i choose to be strong minded though

your liver will be cooked within 5 years if you keep that up. seen it happen to thousands of guys like you
 
You don’t be drinking man. First cycle. Test only
 
I suggest you just do test only. So you can see how your body handles it at a higher dose. I would also start at 180-200 (less is always better). Whats the rush? You can always add more later. This gives you time to see how it goes, what sides you may or may not have. I agree with @Mobster though and just keep lifting and I would keep my trt dose where it is at..

Question, how is your diet?
Whats your current macros (proteins, carbs fat) at?

What are your goals? To put on size? I believe you want to be bigger, so this is why I asked about your diet. How many calories you consuming?

As others said - do a log, take a picture, try to give as much detail as you can and we can definitely help you way better. Welcome to the EVO family. Lots of support here. You eill see we are like a family here, we support one another.
