Hey guys just wanted to stop by and do an update.
So I had a bit of a crash
I was doing really well in gym, then I had a bit of a hectic few weeks with work, and alot of family coming to stay, so it was super busy, late nights, entertaining … and not sleeping well.
It hit me hard and I was in bed for a couple days recovering (I don’t drink alcohol, it’s purely my fatigue that doesn’t cope with too much socialising and work and overdoing it sadly)
I also forgot my Test Cyp injection so I was overdue for that. I definitely notice once I’ve taken it, 2 days later I feel so much better, brain fog lifts, I feel more positive, Think more clearly and more energy.
Anyways I caught up on some rest, had my 5mg of Test Cyp and also started 1iu of GH from @SILVERBACK LABS
Omg only been taking the GH for 3 nights but I am sleeping like a baby, and I had so much energy today!
I went to gym, cleaned the house, did washing and folding, vacuumed the floors, mopped the floors, cleaned both bathrooms and toilets and walked the dog! All without needing a lie down! Wowsers!
I also had good appetite today, I’ve been taking a herbal mix that’s good for gut/digestion and it’s really helped my nausea, it’s got a lot of ginger in it, felt so good to have an appetite today! (Or could this also be a side affect from the GH? )
So anyways looking forward to getting back into my routine at gym.

GH can make you more hungry through the stimulation of grellin - although you may find that with the increased appetite your metabolism is also increased - GH can do both these things whilst helping with weight loss as long as you are in a deficit
Made us so happy to read that the GH is helping - there is nothing better then seeing someone's quality of life improve! keen to see how you go with the GH over the next few weeks and months - the fact that it's helping with sleep straight off the bat and resulting with increased energy levels is AMAZING
@Smiley G please share new meal prep pics when you ready sisterMeal prep was out the window while I had family here, but thankfully we all eat pretty much the same, so fresh fish, Veges, salads, etc, back on track with my meal prep now tho

Doesn’t look like much but it’s soooo yummy and the Perfect winter lunch.

, I did an update a few days back… been doing so much better
I did have a little crash with my fatigue, from overdoing it, but took a couple days rest, and going well again! But it was nothing compared to fatigue crashes ive had in the past, and I feel like I bounced back from it much faster too.
Yes, 5mg of Test Cyp every 5 days, brain fog has lifted, mood is better, I feel more positive, more energy, and each week I’m seeing pb’s at the gym! I increased my leg press 32kg in one week, to 203kg for 8reps!just amazing!
No sides…. No voice changes, no hair loss,( or hairy lips lol ) no acne.. so sticking with this dose for now.
I started the Var but then stopped, as my appetite was so low I figured maybe it was a waste taking it, but I have just started taking 1iu of GH from @SILVERBACK LABS and it’s helped increase my appetite, so I might start the Var at 5mg a day?
But basically feeling 100% percent better compared to before I started taking the Test, I knew it was the missing key in what I needed for my hormones, and I’m just looking forward to seeing what the next 6-12 months bring![]()
