How many days between your leg workouts? I also make sure that my wife and I do about 4-5 easy warmup sets on leg press before working sets.Damn it, hurt my hamstring today on the leg press, I had already warmed up, and done laying leg curls and leg ext, warmed up on the leg press with 50kg, then 100kg, then 153kg, then went to 213 which was my working weight… did 7 reps And felt some pain in the back of my leg/hamstring… it’s not bad, but I couldn’t do anymore leg press or my Bulgarian split squatsand it’s a little tender when I walk.
Do you think it’s because my hamstrings were still a little sore from last leg day?
Yes, I did warm up with 3 sets…. Bu maybe not enough? Funny you mention magnesium, I do usually take it, but I had run out, and only took some for the first time last night! So I will have to make sure I keep up with it. I think maybe I rushed into too heavy without warming up enough as you said, and hamstrings were already a little tight…. Lesson learnt I guess. Do u take enough potassium, sodium, and magnesium per day? It’s extremely important to have a few grams per day of each. Almost everyone doesn’t get enough magnesium per day. It’s hard to get enough.
3 days is way to soon. My wife and I train each body part every 7-8 days. Magnesium should be taken with every meal.Yes, I did warm up with 3 sets…. Bu maybe not enough? Hi all
Stopping by for a quick update.
As suggested I’ve been resting lower body and just doing upper body,as I hurt my Hamstring, it’s feeling good now tho, but I’m still going to be careful with it for a while.
Each week I am steadily seeing improvements, mentally and physically.
For a long while I was stuck on the same weights and just couldn’t seem to advance in strength or progressive overload, but since starting the Test Cyp, each week I am progressing and going up in weights, even for upper body!
So far I’ve been pinning 5mg every 5 days.
I find when I inject my 5mg, 2 days later I feel like it kicks in, and I feel really great, great mood, great strength, even if I am feeling a little fatigued.
It’s Sunday here in Australia so I am doing some meal prep after a great morning at gym.
I’ve got some Apricot Chicken in the slow cooker, and I’m doing up a pot of brown rice to go with it, along with some brocolini, this will be my lunch each day.
And I’m going to do some baked oats also for snacks/breakfasts.
I’ve also had a little more energy for my husband, wink winkso he is a happy man too!
He has noticed the change in me since starting the Test, and now he wants some too! Haha he is 50 years old…. Probably couldn’t hurt him yeah?
Thanks mate!Awesome to see its benefiting you

Perfect startThanks mate!
Yeah, I think I will, it makes sense to, as test naturally declines in men as they age too, he is tall, and weighs about 90kg, he is very fit and active, what is the best starting dose for men? Would 100mg be a good start?
125-150mg of Test for your man is a good dose. Also get him on 1.5IU HGH daily. Thanks mate!

ok good to know, I’m not worried about it all125-150mg of Test for your man is a good dose. Also get him on 1.5IU HGH daily.
Your weight gain is from both the Test and gh. It’s good weight gain as it helps lubricate your joints and makes you stronger.
