I am in Canada, so we are all good, lol. Although our ovens and cooking instructions here are typically in Fahrenheit only or both.Haha sorry! Moderate is about 180 degrees Celsius, no sure what that is Fahrenheit tho?

Ok thanks, I think what I am doing is because I’m feeling better, I feel like I need to try and do as much as I can in a workout, cause in the past, I had to make the most of when I felt good in the gym, cause it was so few and far between! But now that every workout is more consistent I might have to take it back a notch haha. I did copy one of your wife’s leg workouts last week! Was good!Too many body parts trained in one workout. Yes you are overtraining per workout. This is better split.
Legs
Chest/Tris/delts
Back/Bi’s
Ideally you would go 1 day on one day off.
Oh wow ok, that’s a lot less then what I’ve been doing, no wonder I’m sore for so long.Ideally u should try to get 12-15 sets per workout. Only go to failure on last set of each exercise if u plan on doing so. I don’t recomend going to failure every workout. That could lead to burnout or injury.
Thanks bro, haha yeah, I might have to dial it back a tad so I don’t stay sore for so long, never thought I would have over training as an issueGood to hear you are doing well @Smiley G how did the anavar go?
Your training is better then mine
Good work sister I really enjoy reading your log![]()
I guess it depends on how you feel ultimately. The var should help with strength and pumps in the gym. Also its amazing at helping you maintain muscle in a calorie deficit. Thanks bro, haha yeah, I might have to dial it back a tad so I don’t stay sore for so long, never thought I would have over training as an issue
So I’ve only been taking 10mg of Anavar 30-60 mins before training, so 3-4 times a week.
A little while ago someone commented on my log here and said it was a high androgen load me taking 10mg a day of Var along with the Test so I got a little worried … I’m not sure if I’m wasting my time taking it this way tho? I’ve been meaning to ask, so thanks for the reminder about it, this week will make week 4 of taking it this way

10mg a day feels like a pretty decent amount per day? I assume you are only taking it on training days??
As long as you are enjoying the training it's fine right haha
Are you stopping the var now after 4 weeks?
Not sure for females to be fair its not a super harsh compound so I ran mine for like 6 weeks or somethingYes only taking it on training days, so 3-4 times a week.
I’m eating at Maintenance Cals at the moment, as trying to build not cut. Should I stop it after 4 weeks? Or is 8 weeks on, then a break?
Stretch stretch stretch! Before during and after. I stretch my quads & hams at night before bed. Log looks great! You are doing an awesome job!Yes, I did warm up with 3 sets…. Bu maybe not enough? Funny you mention magnesium, I do usually take it, but I had run out, and only took some for the first time last night! So I will have to make sure I keep up with it. I think maybe I rushed into too heavy without warming up enough as you said, and hamstrings were already a little tight…. Lesson learnt I guess. It’s been 3 days since last leg workout ?
Def agree with this. Do use the Var till your strength has peaked! Get used to adding HGH in first. This should help with recovery too. Then cycle it 5-10mg day i split 5mg am 5mg pm. I Use it 6-8 weeks. U can try it for 4 weeks see how you react. But I’d def wait be on the TRT and HGH for a few months. Just my opinion.I would probably just cycle the anavar in and out every couple months after your body gets accustomed to the hormones Test and HGH.
@Smiley G perfect you're getting stronger thats the key sisterCheck in 22nd July

Hi everyone, just stopping by to do an update….
So I can’t believe it’s been 6 weeks already since starting my Test Cyp from @SILVERBACK LABS
So far I can only report positive feedback!
Each week in the gym I am getting stronger, and I can push that little bit harder.
Each week I am progressing and able to go up in weights.
I’ve doubled my Bicep cable curls weights from 8kg 6 weeks ago to 16.5kg today!
In the past before starting the Test, when I tried to push in the gym, or take a set to failure, I would literally feel so tired, and so weak, that I would get lightheaded and nauseous.
But not anymore! Im enjoying my workouts so much!
Mood is improved, mindset feels more positive, brain fog is way less, energy is up and libido is slowly but surely improving too! To say hubby is happy is an understatement!
The only thing I still have trouble with is nausea, which apparently comes with Peri-Menopause.
My herbal tincture that contains ginger has been helpful tho.
I made a big pot of Pumpkin soup on the weekend, that will be my lunch’s all week, topped with grilled chicken breast.
I have been finding tho that I am staying quite sore after my workouts, sometimes for up to 4 days..
I’m making sure I take Magnesium, sodium, as suggested by @RoidRage69
And I drink lots of water.
I’ve also started having magnesium baths also.
I wonder am I now over training?I will post todays workout and see what you all think?
