Looking for guidance: first time user

Hi everyone,

Hope you guys might be able to give me some guidance. I've never used steroids before but I want to give it a try.
This is me, at least its me from a year ago. Im pretty much the same with a little less definition on my abs.
I had a biking accident so I had to pull back on my routine for a while and I just never got back to that same level of motivation.
The reason I want to try steroids is because Im hoping ill get a bit more energy, push a little harder and reach some goals that I didn't get to naturally.
At one point I tried to push my bicep exercises hard and "almost" got rhabdomyolysis (creatine levels were at 40,000ish), I went to the hospital when my arm was unusually swollen. They hooked me up to an IV and I was ok. No muscle loss at all.
After that I was very careful with my bicep exercises, you might even say my exercises became much more conservative. This also meant that it was increasingly difficult to get the result that I wanted.

Now this is why I am seeking your guidance:
I'm not pushing for results for any competitive purpose. My goals are only for....vanity.

So...I've been doing some research into what the right dosage is for people but the information isn't very precise about what needs they cater to.

I would like to try a small dosage to elevate my testosterone levels to the upper range of 'normal' testosterone levels in a male.
I've already had one blood test with my GP (he said he's send me the results to my email but hasn't yet but I'm seeing him again soon for a second set because it took me quite a long time to find a source who wasn't a scam).

The reason I want this specific dosage range is because I don't want to go through post cycle therapy. I don't want my physiology to react too dramatically because I'm not looking to push dramatically. Just a little bit more.
Information I've seen say that a small dose isn't going to have any effect at all.

Is this true? Is it completely ineffective for the goal I want?
Is what I intend to do (dosage etc) the right thing to do for what I want?
Is post cycle therapy unavoidable?

Please, I very much would like your guidance/ insight/ wisdom/ suggestions.

Hey brother you will definitely see results at small amounts of test.
250mg 500mg etc of test should be fine also allows you to figure out how your body tolerates it. Curious to see what your results come back as.

This is incorrect. As soon as you introduce exogenous test your body will stop producing it. You will be shut down and will need to do a PCT.
Get your bloods back first before you do anything. If you already have good test levels and you take too little test it will be detrimental.
Start a training/diet log while you wait for bloods so we can learn more about you and it will help to make better suggestions. You may end up being a better candidate foe SARMS depending on bloods.

absolutely right.. you are not going to use ANY steroid without suppressing your testosterone and requiring a pct... there are sarms you can use with low suppression or a few with none.. peptides would be the better option of anything... especially considering your goals, it makes zero sense to use steroids

Now, your situation is unique but not unheard of. Should you use small dose of steroids or any dose or TRT or what? thats hard to say.
Before we start really talking about steroids or testosterone, we need to learn more about you.

please share with us, how? start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary, your diet training supplements sleep and history and we can guide you into a cycle and proper course of action.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

TRT people are on 90 or 100mgs a week of test and are shut down for life. shut down is shut down.

you are confusing anabolic steroids with catabolic steroids and how they effect the body
 
This is incorrect. As soon as you introduce exogenous test your body will stop producing it. You will be shut down and will need to do a PCT.
Get your bloods back first before you do anything. If you already have good test levels and you take too little test it will be detrimental.
Start a training/diet log while you wait for bloods so we can learn more about you and it will help to make better suggestions. You may end up being a better candidate foe SARMS depending on bloods.

Thanks for your insight. I will wait and the log book sounds like a great idea. It didn't even occur to me. It should be intuitive. But yeh, thanks :)

Thanks for your insight. Its one of the reasons that I'm reaching out to you folks. I'm inexperienced and I lack knowledge so I'm still considering guidance before deciding to try it or not. So, thanks for you help.

Great move to start a log. Once we see what your training and diet look like it will be much easier to give you direction.
You look great in your Insta pics BTW. You said they are a year old. Can you post newer pics so we can see your current condition?
 
you need a correct cycle and pct
if you don't do pct you will crash. check out ugfreak we got everything you need
